Avoid! Worst support ever. You will only get copy and paste answers that are generic so look for another app. I cannot understand why Google does not put just a bit effort into this. I have started 4-5 support tickets with no-value reply and they seem not really interested to solve, in some cases, they reply back to Shopify.
The conversion value does not work correctly between the app and Analytics/AdWords. Incorrent title displays between Merchant Center and Shopify.

So I attempted this morning to add this. Two issues. First, it created a brand new account under my main google merchant center login. This is not what I wanted. I am a trusted store, have local and Buy on Google set up under my other account. Why would I want to start from scratch. The other issue is that I have sub-accounts under my main google merchant center account. It allowed me to select from them, but didn't list the actual sub-account I needed to connect to. It only listed three of the four sub-accounts I have. I have no idea why it didn't list them all. We do live shows every month and have over 85,000 followers on Youtube. I think this could be awesome if you can help me to get it to work and I would change my review to 5 stars.
Using this app is like being dropped in the middle of a maze of razorblades blindfolded. Sure, it automates a lot for you. But it leads you right into a trap where your products and account are automatically suspended by a bot and no lifeline to get you out.
Oh, and the support form doesn't submit. Bandits.

I've had nothing but problems since adding Google to my Shopify store. After carefully reviewing all the information on my website, all information is intact and not misleading. My website business email was rerouted to my gmail account in Feb it worked good. Now it's disabled??? Google Merchant error states my account is not linked but I have a Google Customer ID number? I continue to get emails from Google saying my merchant account is suspended? Vague with no clear explanation nor direction. This is extremely frustrating and time consuming with no results. As a solopreneur trying to maximize my website's visibility, this is not the best use of my time...HELP!

Google does not share with us further details on why they have flagged an account, although I truly wish they did. From our end, we can only provide you guidance based on our own experience. But at the end of the day, it's totally up for Google if they will lift the suspension or not.

Products show up as pending even though they've been approved in my Merchant Account. There was an error with the initial sync which google fixed at their end. Overall, this doesn't seem to be a very slick app.

Just terrible, cannot sync products to Google and makes your Google Merchant account suspended. Don't use it!
UPDATE: I just received an email from a google saying that I owe $389 for Ads that I have already uninstalled only 2 days after deactivating and uninstalling it. It’s still running in the background and I’m unaware of it! Shopify who by the way is the one responsible for making it available for its customers is now saying that uninstalling it from shopify will not deactivate the Ad. Say what? So they provide a third party app that we can’t uninstall within the admin section just like with any other apps they partner with? So now I’m screwed!! WARNING: DO NOT INSTALL AT ALL!!
Free to install. Sure, just like with any other rip off marketing apps out there except Bing Ads. Ever since I uninstalled this app my store’s sales dropped tremendously to a point of 0 sales which is impossible. Not like I have Sales through their ads my sales was all from organic search and return customers. $28 sales from their ads in 2 days and $20 fees in 1 day even when I set my daily budget to $5!! I may have to hire a web tech to totally sweep my store and remove all their script and codes and make sure you do not sync your google account with any services they offered. I regret installing this app. You’ve been warned.
I always have a problem with this app , don't understand why it always direct to Google Merchant Centre for product data approval. Whenever I login I am getting this message. Not happy with the service.

Shopify devs didn't make it possible to actually have your product data read by Google Shopping if you edit product data with a Shopify CSV. It's a "known limitation" that the Google Shopping fields in Shopify CSV will be ignored by the app. You are expected to manually edit product data through this horrible app's UX, one item at a time. Alternatively you can pay for yet ANOTHER app that can actually bulk edit the product data Google requires. They shouldn't have even bothered publishing the app it's so half-baked and there's no plans to actually make the Google Shopping fields in the product CSV usable. Cue unhelpful auto-reply from Shopify that says "thank you for taking the time to share your review of the Google Channel with us. Your feedback is extremely valuable. I'm sorry to hear of the struggles you are facing..." *eye roll*

I was hoping this app would be a simple solution to putting my products on Google. It was not. It was nothing but a headache. I may not be tech savvy, but this app gave me nothing but error and is confusing to work with. I kept getting error messages from the Merchant Center on my products. The setup was not easy either. I don't recommend using this app. There are too many bugs.
Thank you for sharing this feedback with us. Once you add products to the Google Shopping app, they will need to go through a review by Google's teams. If, for any reason, your products are not approved there will be an explanation beside them.
