Hard to use poorly designed. Do not know what it is doing since step one. And it suspended my healthy accounts for no reason. Product manager need resign asap.

Just awful. App doesnt work at all and shopify support has been 100% useless.
All 1,400 products on my site are no longer on Google Shopping after installing this app. All your products will move into a "pending" status. The migration utility for the old app to this is garbage. As far as I can tell I'm not passing the Google checklist as the gift cards don't have vat being charged on them even though they shouldn't have VAT on them and I don't have them listed on Google anyway. Thanks Shopify!! Possibly your worst app ever. UPDATE - We were originally told it would be "3 - 5 day" for Google to approve products. Now we are being told up to 10 days. So unless you are able to deal with 10 days without Google shopping. Don't install this app.
UPDATE - Turns out the app will list your products on Google, but the integration to get the publishing notifications back appears to be broken so the app lists all your products as pending. Still a terrible integration though.

This is the worst experience I've ever had with this app, and caused my account to be suspended integrating shopify's products. I've spent hours trying to fix issues. I can't get any live help. At least on the merchant account, it could update progress, but it doesn't, just take you around in circles. Even when adding sku's on manage my account it still says incorrect value. Horrible situation.

No ability to edit feed parameters, 'Smart' shopping campaign completely opaque, can't filter products from the Google Shopping app - and as a result of being unable to edit the feed, also can't make use of Merchant Center. So... basically no functionality whatsoever. Absolute garbage.
What a frustrating app, product information never syncs to GMC.
If it can't be fixed soon, it must be Google's failure, terrible experience!

This app is garbage, don't waste your time. All products say pending forever. After a long time I've gotten the message: Due to a high volume of requests, it can take up to 10 business days for Google to approve a pending product. Any products with errors won’t appear in your ads. - This message has been there for weeks now. The app is completely broken.

This app is 100% unreliable, very different from the previous one, the shipping rate it synchs "automatically" with google merchant are totally random. DO NOT INSTALL IT IF YOU WANT TO WORK ON ADWORDS! It is not possible to go back to the previous one.
The shipping it automatically set are wrong, there is no way to edit it manually the result is my customers see a 7,89€ shipping rate on Google shopping instead of the 4,89€. I am furious with Shopify for forcing me to update this app and I believe that after the very poor support I had in this 2 weeks they deserve to be considered a not reliable partner for a serious online business. After two year of stupid limitation I am finally changing platform!
