Non mi ha dato modo di scegliere il paese di destinazione. I prodotti anche se approvati non compaiono in google shopping. Quelli non approvati hanno motivazioni fasulle (immagine che non ritrae il prodotto in modo chiaro, quando non è palesemente così). Una totale perdita di tempo. Inutile.

Nate here from Shopify. Thank you for sharing your feedback about your experience with the Google channel app. While Google determines product eligibility and it is Google's policies that would be enforced, we can definitely see if there is anything we can do to get those products approved. It's been about three weeks now of attempting to connect Shopify to my monetized YouTube channel and after multiple interactions with reps, it's starting to become clear this app just is NOT compatible with YouTube brand accounts (which no one actually knows for sure or not). If that's the case, I'd say this function is pretty useless considering majority of channels use/migrated to brand accounts!

Horrible app and horrible support from youtube. Successfully set up shop only to have no visible merch shelf on my videos. They told me to disconnect shop and then reconnect, which has proven to be impossible.

I was really hoping this would be an easy way into Google advertising. But no, I keep getting daily emails to say catalogue is not approved (even though I deleted the app a week ago). There is a barcode issue which I apparently can't do anything about because it's a clash with the ebay app setup. Surely I'm not the only one who uses Google and Ebay? Hoping there is a workaround available soon and I will try again.

We're sorry to hear you experienced issues connecting both the eBay and Google sales channels to your Shopify store. Google requires that all products on their sales channel have a unique product identifier added to the product barcode, and you can read more about this here: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/apps/apps-by-shopify/google-shopping-app/adding-product-data#product-requirements

Hände weg von diesem Müll. Verursacht nicht nachvollziehbare Fehler und ist so gut wie garnicht administrierbar. Shopify hat sich hier ein riesiges, faules Ei ins Nest gelegt.

Does not work, could not get it to connect no and one could help. I went with Shopify because of the "easy to Us" & "will help set it up" however both Google & Shopify fall on their face's and do not help with anything.

After about a week of trying I couldn’t get variants to display in google shopping, even after reading and watching videos about that feature and being on the phone with googles support.

complete rubbish, no way to alter any descriptions or anything, most of products suspended, spoke to google and they said need to alter things to make them show but cant alter anything, also my original feed has disappeared in my merchant account, complete mess

Diese App verursacht schwerwiegende Probleme bei den Artikeldaten, so dass sämtliche Artikel von Google abgelehnt werden. Dies hat zur Folge, dass das Merchants Konto suspendiert wurde.
