Integrating Google shopping and especially my ads account turned out to be quite challenging due to a disconnect issue. Thankfully the Shopify Team spent time and effort over several days in solving the issue. The disconnect is now fixed and Shopping is working with my account. Look forward to start using its features. Thank you a bunch Jonathan and Team Shopify!
They just don't respond. All of a sudden this app took every coupon code I've ever made and added them to merchant center, giving customers 100% off using test codes I made. This caused a huge problem with our business, and so far, 7 days later, nobody ever responded to my support ticket.

Definitely not happy. Google uses WAY TOO MANY automated admins where they don't actually check your products. We have face oil that is organic and all natural yet they continually reject it as a medical product. We make no claims or have any medicinal ingredients in it. Also our tooth powder and many other things like our 2 & 3 packs of natural deodorant. They approve the 1 deodorant option but not multiples??? Huh? So unprofessional. Get real PEOPLE working on these issues!
And they also won't take down fraudulent reviews from people that have never used our products. These are disgruntled humans that had a back and forth conversation with us and they didn't like our response. That's life, get over it. Sometimes people are not going to agree with you! But they put up a 1 star google review because they are babies. Reviews are for the PRODUCTS or SERVICES which an argument from some person online is NOT service. Service only comes into play if they are a buying customer. These fraudulent reviews should NOT be allowed!! Disgraceful.

We do our best to enforce policy in order to protect merchants and consumers. Sometimes overflagging does occur and in that case it is possible to request a review if you disagree. At last check, it looks like all your ads are serving so hopefully that is the resolution you were looking for.

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!
I sell TEA, and my Title for one product, Viking Tea qty 11, is Disapproved for placement because they say the Title is Sexually Suggestive.
How is, Viking Tea, qty 11 (or quanity of 22) Sexually Suggestive? They did this in all the categories they can fail me in. There is something very wrong with these people.
They must be Fact Checkers in their other jobs.

Easy to follow and plenary of support
None of my Shopify products are listed in GOOGLE SHOPPING because of GTIN IS MISSING error. I have my EANrecorded and/or ready to be input manually into the app, but the app doesn't show us where to enter the EAN.

I'm sorry to hear you've hit a roadblock with this app. Any GTIN information (which includes EANs and other unique product identifiers) can be added via the product details or bulk editor in your admin in the barcodes section. nice app but approval taking much time, approval should be easy in products. google shopping is very good if these errors are solved
Not working, will not approve any products in my inventory. Issue with barcode. Do not know how to fix. Wish it would be easy to add inventory. Facebook Shopping was a breeze to add no issue at all!
