Garbage app misrepresentation is what they tell you so you have to pay. Spent 6 month's asking to review it and they give the same lame excuses it doesn't follow policies but they won't tell you how to fix it.

Paola here from Shopify. I completely understand where you are coming from. Having your Google Merchant Center Account suspended due to misrepresentation can be frustrating and confusing. Although Shopify and our app has no participation in suspending your account (this is entirely up to Google and not Shopify), I am happy to share with you a bit of my experience and what you can do next to best address this issue. I've been using this app for years with my other businesses, so I came back when I started another one
It's practically useless, constantly removes products from feeds. really hard interface to work with. literally this app makes the job so much harder. You'd think as they advertise ease of use that Google would get this sorted asap...2 years deep same issues as when I started. customer service is terrible aswell...failed to respond to 20 emails about the same issue....use a third party app

I'm sorry to hear of the struggles you are facing with Google not approving your products, there are many policies to abide by to have all products in good standing.

Does not transmit necessary values (color, material for example) unless an additional, unnecessary, and sometimes impossible variant is added.
Necessary field values should be editable either via metatag or the dialog should contain an option to add these values without messing with UX.
Well, it's not a totally useless app anyway. But it just mystery unusable sometimes somehow. And when you ask the support, they just told you "It's Google, not us". For me, I know Google didn't do anything for the issue. I can tell.

Not really happy with this, I followed all the instructions but for some reason, I keep receiving this message from the ap "Google is reviewing your Merchant Center account. Your product will be re-reviewed once your account is approved." and I can't figure out why. I updated my products 3 times and all the times it takes 3-5 days to have an answer. I honestly don't have an idea how to fix it. I need your help please.

I use this app to help me promote my business products. If it could be more specific with my audience that would b better.
This app has never worked for my store. Google Merchant Center is ridiculously user unfriendly and won't load the product feed from Shopify. I'm constantly being suspended from Google ads because of "Misrepresentation". Google never provides an answer when I ask what "Misrepresentation" is on my website. This is the second time I've deleted the Google App from Shopify. I was hoping the issues were fixed, they weren't.
