I needed help with my merchant center and the team were so lovely. I went back and forth for days annoying them with questions and they were so helpful.
It's getting better and better!
Now, I getting daily sales from google shopping with good conversion rate.
Did exactly what it was supposed to. Not sure why so many negative reviews, but perhaps if you've already set up google shopping before installing this app that it might conflict?
Very intuitive setup. Can't wait to see results after the 3-5 day review period and all products have been approved. Fingers and toes crossed!
Bit confusing at start however as updates from Google starting coming through it seems its normalisin itself, I was worried my products were been rejected, but ended up with warnings only
I installed this app and it worked fine for a bit but suddenly stopped syncing the product and dropped to just 9 product out of 1500. No explanation and mid December after what has been a hell of a year. Shopify have no clue about what happened.

After connecting my YouTube brand channel all products are imported to YouTube. But you are unable to connect to my main Google Ads account. You can only use your Google Ads account if you have a personal YouTube account. Almost no professional YouTuber uses a personal YouTube account. A YouTube brand account does not have its own email address and thats why you can not access to Google ads.

The worst customer support ever. Very disappointing. My Merchant account has been suspended for "misrepresentation" and Google won't tell me what's wrong. All they say is follow our policies. It's kind of a riddle that you have to solve. Worst part is there's no customer support. Also been having other issues with google workspace and again no customer support, even though they mention 24/7 customer support for google workspace, which is "misrepresentation". There's no customer support at Google Period. I bet their reply to this review is "learn more about our policies". Extremely disappointing!!
It was easy to setup via Shopify, but I don't know how good it is yet since I'm just starting to use it.
