Been trying all day to speak with support about how I've been having an issue with the Google Shopping App in our Shopify store. No matter how much I shorten the product description, the warning always appears stating that the description is too long. Nobody seems to know what to do and I keep getting sent back and forth to different support people as Shopify and Google support point the finger at each other and shrugging off the problem as "not theirs"

This app is a complete waste of time as far as I am concerned. I have over 30K products and not one has been approved even though we have complied with their policies on different issues such as "contact us" and "return policies"

Account suspended and no one tells you the reason. They only provide you with long documents to guess what the reason is. Contacted support and they say no reason for suspension, but still denied when review requested. It is all a mystery ... or maybe only for those they want to do business with.

2 weeks ago, 700 corrupted and duplicate records were added in Merchant center and neither Shopify or Google are able to help. This app is how we forward our prods go Google so I am highly suspecting it as the cause of trouble.

This app is horrible. All of my products keep getting GTIN errors despite being custom products. This has been nothing but a headache for us!

Google refuses to tell you what's actually wrong or how to fix it besides generic info in an effort to hinder bad actors but only honest people suffer. Don't waste your time, google is fundamentally flawed and this app should be removed till google stops providing support that cant say or do anything before they suspend your account.

Absolutely terrible support and very unclear on why account keeps getting disapproved. For 6 months I tried contacting helpdesk regularly and they always deflect the questions and buy time. Its very frustrating working with google and they need to get their act together. Dont recommend of use !!
