I think it's okay, it's very intuitive.
Easy to navigate and understand the steps and procedures. Keep in that way!!!

Everything is set up and synchronized, but not one book is ever displayed on Google. The Shopify support does not respond to any message. I recommend NOT to use the app!

Hi,

I'm Cíara from Shopify support, thanks for taking the time to leave a review for us, we always appreciate hearing from our merchants.

For products to show in Google, you need to run a Smart Shopping Campaign, which takes up to 30 days to completely be synced and optimised across. We respond back to all emails, but when you send an email from the "Get Support" button, it goes from the email address under Settings > General and "Account Email". Have you checked that inbox for any responses? I'll follow up with you via email for some more information and get this sorted.

I like how easy it is to set up this app to my Shopify store just a click of a couple of buttons and it was done. so I do recommend this app for others to use.

Love it. Wish Ads would show up with our keywords for the marketing though. We want to pay you all for clicks but nobody is clicking because nobody is seeing the ads

Annoying keeps telling me disable Popups no access to them through this app ( if so very hidden) just will not do shit , help centre long kept reasking me my questions basically told me already installed and could do the Popups off thing through chrome which this is not … am also finding the Facebook thing just as daft keeps saying imbedded then connects but then won’t complete the etsy thing is a bit of a rip off they take 6percent so on some goods check
your profit one of mine was minus 4.67 then some where zero and doesn’t seem to intergrate well and the ebay holy shit is that a nightmare

You can use the Target market section in the app to set up where you want to sell your products and the language. At this time, your store's currency settings determine the countries and regions available for you to target.

HORRIBLE NEW VERSION, DO NOT UPDATE.

THIS NEW SINGLE APP HAS BROUGHT MY ONLINE SHOP TO A STOP BECAUSE THERE ARE SO MANY LIMITATIONS COMPARED TO THE OLD APP.

I AM NOW EXPECTED TO GO THROUGH 100,000+ PRODUCTS MANUALLY TO DECIDE IF I WANT THEM TO BE VISIBLE ON GOOGLE SHOPPING, WHEREAS THE PREVIOUS APP WOULD ALLOW YOU TO PULL A SPECIFIC COLLECTION THAT YOU MADE VIA THE FORMULAS.

APPARENTLY THE DEVELOPERS CANNOT BE BOTHERED TO INCLUDE THIS FEATURE IN THE NEW APP.

Thank you for sharing your feedback on the Google Shopping app. If you have a lot of products, sometimes the issue is that you hit the product quantity for your Google account. If this is the case, you can reach out to Google to request for a higher product limit through the form here: https://support.google.com/merchants/contact/additional_items

Terrible, terrible app. We wasted 1 month waiting on pending products. Have read the reviews and everyone else was having the same problem. Do not install this app!
