The app was great to sync all our products to google merchant centre. Was a bit concerned when all the products we showing as not approved - but when the account settings were all corrected they all showed up as active.
This was one of the easiest setups I have done with the shopify apps. Would definitely recommend. Super easy set up and sync.

Its wonderful and helpful and I can create what is needed. It didn't take much time to learn and put into use.
App not working, customer support is pointless. The person that can help fix your suddenly pulled off product cannot be reached but will respond back within a week. However, you can talk as long as you want to a service representative that cannot help you but sympathizes with your frustration, so there is that.

Was advised in the email from Shopify to upgrade to this channel as the Google Shopping channel will be closed on October 21.
First you have to delete your old Google Shopping App - no chance of getting that back.
Tried to install the new Google Shopping Channel, doesn't work, has given me a message "Updating your Merchant Center account..." for the past 24 hours. Shopify support unhelpful - told me to delete and re-install. Did not work.
Now I have no Google Shopping feed for my google shopping ads, leading to a drop in sales.
What a disaster! Thanks Shopify!
I wish to increase quality traffic to our website. We wish to improve our customers life by giving them access to cheap and high quality essential oils. This is the right tool to analyse marketing strategies. I do not have any negative remarks about this app
I used this app to set up selling on google. It is helpful in reaching new customers' but I would like to have the option to get help when their is an issue setting up through shopify to connect with google.
User of this app for over 2 years with no problem. Now the app since Shopify updates is now pretty much useless... the dropdown box from the product page to update things like colour/age/size etc has disappeared - the only way to solve it now is to add a product then switch between various pages (that you then get stuck in btw) to add the missing info, and THEN half the time it still doesn't work! add to that the 'missing GTN' even when it's there and I am about ready to pull my hair out. Why have you 'fixed' something that wasn't 'broken' in general in the first place... and now clearly is broken completely. 1000 products to go through individually repairing or trying to repair and mostly failing because of your 'update' . All I have to say is PLEASE MAKE IS A PRIORITY TO PUT THE GOOGLE METAFIELDS BACK ON THE PRODUCT PAGE

I am experiencing some of the same issues that other people/companies are having. I keep getting GTN error on a lot of products. I also am experiencing missing inventory data issues. I don not know what that means or how to fix it. I am thinking about removing this app. My sales have dropped since this past May.
