I reported tracking problems seven days ago, and the team hasn't made any fixes yet. Remarketing code is missing in the implementation, and begin checkout and add payment info conversions are not firing. So this channel isn't working as it should. Be careful installing this channel because if the tracking is not working correctly, the optimization won't work as it should, and you will lose your budget.

The old google shopping app was removed and replaced with this app. You can no longer select products to feed over to google merchant center by collection. It pushes you into using a smart shopping campaign which may not be best if you need a custom campaign and only market to certain states. You can no longer search for a specific product in the products area. you can no longer "push" your products into google merchant center. Overall this app sucks compared to the old one and am trying to find a different option to use moving forward which really stinks because November and December are big sales months for our industry and I should not have to make changes to my online advertising and find new avenues this time of year, I should be already set up... like I was.. on the old app.
It was a little difficult at first to set up, once I was set up the transition forward went smoothly.
I hope this works better than the app? Google just kicked us because they said the product feed price didn't match the price on our store but it's the same. The problem was that we have a minimum quantity and it requires advanced coding xml knowledge which we are learning but have been off shopping for some time now.
After Anton Arceo helped me from Shopify it was great .. I would not have been able to do it other wise.

Good experience in setup - it is well automated. The only issue encountered is not being able to see product verification steps.
i love it, easy to work with and efficient, gives you all tools and giving you the the correct report
Very easy to set up. No issues so far. I'm very confident that I will se results, seeing that Google is such a large platform.
