I think that the only other thing that need changing is that as a whole details should be kind of lined up on less pages.

Since having to update the old app to this version, Two months ago, I have had nothing but trouble. My sales are down 50-60%.
Having contacted both Shopify and Google support several times over the last Two months, my shopping campaign has gone from bad to worse!

Over half of my products were pending, however, support have re-synced the products twice and now there are only a few still "pending". Despite that, my sales, clicks, conversions and everything else have dropped. I increased my
add spend, but strangely this has had no effect on my conversions/ sales.

The new "Smart" campaign is terrible, with less features that the old campaigns. You get no useful support with either Shopify or Google on how to execute it correctly.

My Original Google shopping app and campaign was doing really well, this app have almost ruined my business.

I am at a loss as to what to do.

Maybe the only option is to drop this app and go to a Paid app, and start all over again!

Products being stuck in "pending" is a current limitation coming from Google. That said, I'm going to follow up with you via email so we can dig into this further. I'd also like to gather more feedback from you about the functionality of smart campaigns. I keep getting suspended for misrepresentation. I understand that it's an issue on Google's side but it seems like there's not really a checklist to help users out on the Shopify side. All we have is a vague merchant center policy we can read through and based on other reviews, it seems like doing everything right isn't enough to get things moving. Can you at least tell us that someone from Shopify is speaking to someone from Google in order to fix and avoid such issues. It's frustrating in ways that you cannot imagine...

Super einfach einzurichten und dann eine sehr gute Übersicht, wie der jeweilige Status der Produkte ist. Frage ist nur, wie häufig die Produkte aktualisiert werden.

i just set up the app a few minutes ago and it was easy to set up. i will come back to review how easy it was for me to use it, at a later date.

This app is crap absolutely crap I have setup the merchant center already and it still can't fetch the entire info and in the country and language dropdown, the dropdown itself isn't working. Absolute waste of time. It is disappointing to see Google written on an app that is on such level of crap.
