I had been using this for years, got a notice a little while ago about products expiring, and now all my products are disapproved, has been like that for 3 weeks already.
Contacted Shopify Support, they told me to contact Google. Contacted Google, no response. Seems like i am not the only one having this issue, with no where to tuirn for support.
No point in having a website if am unable to market the items on Google

Not working in My site because our oficial european currency BGN is not supported from GOOGLE. Bulgaria is in European Union but not for Google.
I can't check the Target country and language options BECAUSE they determine store currency: Bulgarian Lev (BGN)
Hi there and thank you for the review and feedback! Good news, we took it back to our technical team and we should have BGN enabled within 1-2 business days. You should be unblocked by the end of the week.
I spent a year trying to fix this: Account suspended due to policy violation: Misrepresentation error, but every time I ask for re-review Google always sends back requirement. I already fixed those requirements, but Google never said what I have misleading on.

William here from Shopify. The error you mentioned is generated by Google and is not from the Google Channel app itself. While we don't have the ability to change Google's decision we're happy to share our knowledge with you so that you can try again. My products have gtin but it is not sent through the googlechanel. It is frustrating that Shopify or google don't fix this well known bug. the problem has been well known for several months. Why don't you want to fix this problem?

The Analytics 4 migration instructions are the worst, only possible if you are a developer. I won't recommend any Google products until they massively improve their UX and start catering for users without a coding background.

I am very very unhappy. This app had a bug of which they did not inform their clients about and all my products expired off Google (after running smoothly for years). That led to my Google Business account being unverified and disappearing off Google and now the only way I can get verified is by postcard (22 days waiting period, if it ever arrives) I have lost SOOOO much money and my Google rankings that I worked so hard on are all gone. I have send support requests and no one from this app even bothered to get back to me. I would not recommend this app as their clients are not important to them. They killed my Business.

UPDATE: Shopify contacted me with a fix. Not sure if it will work. Before this I worked out another method by adding a supplemental feed to Google Merchant Center but working out the mapping of the Shopify Google Merchant Code (which is random and doesn't contain you SKU) to my SKUS and therefore GTINS took a lot of work. SHOPIFY - could you not default the Custom Field 0 to be SKU or some easily traceable identifier in Merchant centre other than product title? This is broken. It doesn't upload GTINS. The feed works in part, but you have to realise that the product listings aren't complete. All my GTINS are input yet this app doesn't feed them to Google so Google flags and demotes the listing as incomplete. I am having to work on a manual workaround rather than buy yet another addon app. Shopify developed apps need to work and to integrate properly with Google, or don't make them available and mislead people they do their job. It is frustrating that Shopify don't make the effort to fix this well known bug.

Does not load product information correctly. Must add barcode and brand to google even though I have entered the UPC for a licensed product.

Thank you for taking the time leave a review - all GTIN and UPC data added to the barcode field will only sync when the Custom Product field has been set to "False". Meanwhile brand can be synced via the Vendor field found on the product page. Worst App and No one provide support, I started a campaign for USA as well along side of UK , After some time this app removed the products and started displaying error like currency is not supported. I mean we are in UK and Trying to sell in US

At the moment, the Google channel can only target a single country, which will be based on the selling currency of your shop. This app is almost infuriating. I have had API issues with it since installing it. I've disconnected and connected several times it fixes the issues for a day. I'm constantly getting errors for things like missing gtins when they're ALL there. It's really frustrating and Shopify doesn't take any responsibility for the issues. Google says it's the app, Shopify says it's Google.
