Really easy to navigate And free, I will definitely recommend it to everyone although I am new to this i was able to find my way out and hope to enjoy using it

The app worked for the first campaign I created in May 2019. For some reason it started giving errors so I removed the old campaign and created a new one however the new campaign in ads account keeps saying it's misconfigured and missing conversion tracking. As per shopify if I'm using this app it automatically has the conversions setup but it's not happening. Also not to mention there is 0 support from Shopify and Google. Planning to move to some paid apps where I can get quality support!!

Was notified after a few days my shop was suspended due to website needs improvement. After contacting them by email. I have not receive any instructions on how to fix the problem or where in the website it needs improvement in.

In case you haven't already seen the Help Center around the "Website Needs Improvement" policy you can find it here: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/10740889?hl=en&sjid=7744043795859814750-NA

It highlights reasons that may cause this policy enforcement. If you feel that you have resolved the issues or it is being applied in error, you can request a review (instructions on how to do so are in the article above).

One thing we noticed was on the product page for your Café con Bochince (Gossip with coffee) Candle under the "Add to Cart" button there appears to be a broken text/link from your Shopify theme. You will want to resolve that on that page and others.

My account was suspended due to misrepresentation its unbelievable so many people this happening too right now, come on google shed some light so people can correct the error

Paola here with Shopify! Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. I completely understand how the Misrepresentation suspension can be confusing. Google does not share with us further details on why they have flagged an account, although I truly wish they did. From our end, we can only provide you guidance based on our own experience. But at the end of the day, it's totally up for Google if they will lift the suspension or not.
