It just gets worse, I have my Merchant Centre Dashboard showing 25 products (100 variants) as disapproved and yet the app is showing only 3 products disapproved and has been for days. No if I work off the app I have no idea that I'm not showing 22 products in my current campaign. Seriously guys, Google Shopping is hard enough to work with in the first place!
Dear Shopify, Please find the people that wrote this app and SACK THEM NOW!
After years of using the old app I had set up a small subset of products to send to the merchant centre (using collection "Google Shopping") So what does this thing do? It dumps all my products across and I have to go through and remove them.
Using the app to modify and remove products is a nightmare, full of bugs and QA misses, testing must have been non-existent. When you hit the next page arrow it just brings the first page back.
It really scares me that Shopify would let this through, hopefully it is not reflected across other aspects of the platform,
Seamless integrates with your store. The UI is polished and clean, and the professionalism was top notch. Google for the win Guys !
Many showed a great sense of responsibility while others gave the impression of having shopping.good
The software was hard to use. I eventually worked it out. But the verifying and claiming website process was very confusing.

Easy to install and so far no problems with use. I am hoping the app brings customers to my store.
I used this app and shortly after my Google My Business profile was suspended. The only thing that changed was using this app. We've had no problems since 2014. Google won't tell me what their problem is now. Awful customer service. We're a brick and mortar bookshop and absolutely qualify. I can only assume this app is to blame. I would avoid it like the plague.

Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your experience with the Google channel app. The Google Channel is used to sync product information to your Google Merchant Centre and Google Ads accounts. The channel does not have an association with the Google My Business part of Google's platform, and we do not sync any data to those account types. I am trying to use the app to improve my brand awareness and generate sales. So far it is pretty straight forward to use.
Installing the app for my store viveoro.com and the integration with Merchant Center took a bit longer. It doesn't integrate inventory quickly or immediately. I hope at least that Shopify properly integrates the SEO keywords for appearing on Google Shopping

i really like the potential of this app for business owners
its great and easy to understand and operate
So far using Google Shopping seems easy to eat up and use. Very straight forward and intuitive, which is perfect and I would suggest anyone to setup
