I found that more of my products were not uploading to GMC, and I even changed my products many times!!!
And I have all my items approved in GMC, but in this app, it says my items are not approved.

Why do big and smart companies like Google end up making their products useless? They have best of the minds with them to make apps that function well with their products. And they can't even do that well. What a shame!

This app is supposed to record analytics well. Can't even do that properly.

The app continuously removes all my products from the merchant center and shows them as pending in shopify. Google Shopping Ads are huge for us so when my products are removed out of nowhere, business suffers. This needs to be fixed ASAP.

This app is not working. I've had it installed for months and although it says 250+ products are listed, none of them show up in the Google shopping tab. When I go into the edit page on Shopify for my products, it's difficult to actually fix many of the problems that Google apparently has with my listings. But even if I add size, category, GTINs, etc. The listings are still no where to be seen.

Ive tried to get my Google Merchant center unlocked for 2 months now. Keeps getting disapproved for Misrepresentation but no information on how. Updated all info with information it asks but immediately it goes and shuts down the account. Absolutely zero support from help desk.

All of my products are disapproved by Google Merchant Center because this app just plain doesn't work to transfer the info. Contacted Shopify support, but they said they couldn't help because they don't know anything about how to make Google Merchant Center integrate with Shopify, and directed me toward Google, which doesn't provide support anyway. Shopify: Don't tout an app and a service that you can't provide and don't support.

the app has a lot of bugs with it. the GTIN information is filled in completely and 2 days later it shows the data blank even though it is fully populated. The items not approved either lack a reason or has inaccurate information.

This app simply does not work. It creates a feed that gets 100% of the products rejected by Google Merchant Center.

I won't recommend using this! Since it is not working properly! The google shopping campaign must be done via google ads directly! This app is useless just like the support team of google ads.

Die APP hat bis vor kurzem gut funktioniert. Seit ca. einer Woche 12.12.2021 werden über die APP keine GTINs/EANs an die Google Merchant Center - Content API übertragen.
