My account was suspended due to misrepresentation. Trying to fix it is fruitless Google won't explain the issue and Shopify hasn't a clue. Really frustrating for such a simple product and e-commerce site. In addition every reply from Shopify references useless help on fixing the issue. In my opinion Shopify should be more aware of why Google suspends merchant accounts as all the information provided to Google is provided by the Shopify Google app. Shopify should help it's paying users fix the issue instead of referring to useless help. By the way it is impossible to get in touch with Google to fix the issue and even after getting a case number from google I get radio silence. I am about to close my store as I don't even show up on any search in Google and can't even pay for adds because my merchant account is suspended.

Paola here with Shopify! Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. I completely understand how frustrating the Misrepresentation suspension is. Google does not share with us further details on why they have flagged an account due to Misrepresentation, although I truly wish they did. From our end, we can only provide you guidance based on our own experience. But at the end of the day, it's totally up for Google if they will lift the suspension or not.

Absolutely dreadful app. None of my listings have been approved. Error message says I need to add gtin, which I already had done. Shopify, this is your app…..please sort it out.

No support or any details whom to contact. Need someone to get back to me, this thing has created 3 tags that I do not recognize and have no Idea how to remove them. Deleting the app does nothing.

working fine atm. We're having issues with merchant connection between shopify and google. There are too many barriers in place.

Not working. Need support for different currency!
I installed this app to help me build my business through google shopping and I have to say that I'm extremely disappointed. I wish I could give it zero stars. In the past three years of being a Shopify customer I've had superior customer service from Shopify support, until I needed help with this app. The app just does not work and the support people don't seem to be familiar with it. Google support also couldn't help because it's a Shopify app (of course).
I even tried to help myself by looking for the app in my Admin code and couldn't find any snippets or other liquid modules for it. It seems to be a complete waste and really should be removed from the app store.

If I could give this app negative reviews, I would. Since the latest update, we have had nothing but sync problems, and have now lost THOUSANDS of dollars in sales over the past two weeks because the app doesn't connect or sync to google.

This app doesn't work very well. I've allowed this app to sync my products from Shopify to my Google Ads account but for some reason it only shows pending, and when I checked them on my Google Ads account, it says that they've been disapproved and it wants me to modify 600 products that I thought was going to smoothly sync into Google. So what I did was just made all my products unavailable to Google Shopping and will just resort to other ways to market my store and products.

I had to finally uninstall this app with great disappointment. No matter what we did, not one of our 340 items were ever approved and we did everything we could to comply with the rules regarding picture size, putting products on a white background, itemizing by category numbers as per Google, and colours as required as much as possible and even adding the necessary text in Google Merchant Center and we were still suspended. We tried about 4 or 5 times but we were never approved so we just gave up.

Okay right outta the gate there's a problem. I just signed up and I had to verify myself 3 times yet the app keeps telling me I'm not verified. And now I can't even find it in my list of installed apps
