Do what we did. Ditch the google app. Move to a paid app which integrates with Google shopping centre and get support from a proper app developer who can help solve your feed issues. Google wont help you.

Don't use this app. It will submit the highest shipping cost (instead of the lowest) to Google. Your product will cost $25 and it will tell Google the shipping will be $75. Nobody will buy your product when they see you charge $75 for shipping.
Shopify really needs to get its act together on this one!

I think numbers said everything.
Not recommend at all. We have bots full store, sorry Shopify / FACEBOOK / GOOGLE, but bots do not buy, bots do not have money, more we have fraudulent orders and lost £250. NOW ANY MORE!!!
Very confusing. I don't know where to start or end, It would be extremely helpful to show tutorials or break down instructions on how to upload inventory. I'm having to google everything and the only thing I'm getting is a headache. Shopify experts don't even know what to do half the time.

I have been trying to run an ad for 29 days. I was hoping to also get the $25 credit for using their services, but because they couldn't get their app to work I am no longer eligible for the credit. It says it takes 3-5 business days to approve a product/ad, I'm considerably outside of this time frame. I would just like my ad to show up on Google.

No EU support, so I cant use it. :(
Extremely overpriced. You are basically paying $1 for every click, not sale, each click. Stay away. Their support is a joke as well.

Google Ads are pay per click but the price shouldn't be $1 for every click. Google decides this based on your products as well as the campaign budget that you set. The pricing is solely from Google and you can learn more about how the budgets work here: https://ads.google.com/intl/en_ca/home/pricing

DO NOT USE if: 1) You have a store located in California (this will send incorrect sales tax information to Google, which Shopify cannot fix) or 2) If you have any integration with Google Express or Shopping Actions (this will cause you to oversell out of stock items that cannot be backordered)
Thanks for sharing this feedback on our Google Shopping app! Currently, the app imports your tax settings from your Shopify Admin, so we may want to evaluate your current settings. The Google Shopping app is designed for running ads on Google Shopping does not send inventory tracking information. Apps that facilitate sales may not be able to pull the necessary information to track inventory properly.
