I got my Merchant account suspended after I installed this channel. I even tried myself to fix the problems since I got no support! After that I even hired someone to help. My account is still suspended

Won't work - just like the Facebook app. Is this a way to try to get more money to get a better app? Wish I knew this before I spent the time and money to set up my store.

This app is made by Shopify so if you ever have issues with it, you can contact Shopify Support and our team can assist. The product approval does need to come from Google but there are potential troubleshooting steps our team can work with you on. Terrible experience. All my products are not approved. The Google error messages don't really help me fix the issues(s). My mugs are set as unique products. If you are new to something you don't know how to solve the issues.

I have no words! This app is awful. Same problem as most of the 1 star reviews. I've been dealing with this issue since I became a Shopify customer in July 2015. I was immediately suspended from the Google merchant account for misrepresentation as soon as Shopify connected my (2015!) Merchant account and was unable to get approval. I tried with other accounts and the result was the same.

Paola here with Shopify! Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. I completely understand how the Misrepresentation suspension can be confusing. Google does not share with us further details on why they have flagged an account, although I truly wish they did. From our end, as mentioned in previous reviews, we can only provide you guidance based on our own experience. But at the end of the day, it's totally up for Google if they will lift the suspension or not.

I have also gotten zero results from this app. If someone can follow up with me via email that would be awesome. I don't think I have anything left to fix, but am not getting results. Thanks

This app is a complete waste of time as far as I am concerned. I have over 30K products and not one has been approved even though we have complied with their policies on different issues such as "contact us" and "return policies"

if i could give (-5) star i would , very bad and unprofessional application,
i have trade licence / company / warehouse/ and legal business in UAE ( im not a droppshipper) and still this silly app suspended my account for no reason , and they never respond to emails , they never help , i don't recommend using it at all , i also don't recommend using google for ads, its totally worthless and im still waiting to see if they will fix my issue , if not i will just delete this useless app

Account suspended and no one tells you the reason. They only provide you with long documents to guess what the reason is. Contacted support and they say no reason for suspension, but still denied when review requested. It is all a mystery ... or maybe only for those they want to do business with.

This app is horrible. All of my products keep getting GTIN errors despite being custom products. This has been nothing but a headache for us!

Google refuses to tell you what's actually wrong or how to fix it besides generic info in an effort to hinder bad actors but only honest people suffer. Don't waste your time, google is fundamentally flawed and this app should be removed till google stops providing support that cant say or do anything before they suspend your account.
