As far as I know, there is no way to set up a second feed in shopify for another country. You can set it up in Google, but you can't synch them with your shopify products. That doesn't make any sense in German-speaking countries. Anyone who speaks German would sell to Germany and Austria or even Switzerland.
...No products in Austrian google :(
If there is a possibility - please help!

Pretty useless. Doesn't seem to ever verify anything. Products have been waiting for more than a month to be verified, the Google account never gets verified either - and thousands of products can't be removed from the que unless you go through them one by one....

easy and fast to setup. I am hoping that this as well as other products I use with my store translates into sales and customers
Haven't fully used the app yet but so good so far. Excited to continue my journey with Google and Youtube
The most pathetic app by Shopify!
I used the earlier app and it worked like a charm, the new google shopping app is pathetic! PLesae someone take charge and rectify it.
The products are synched with merchant centre, but the app doesn't update it. GTIN and images are perfect, but google cant find it, don't know how to Contact. Please someone with knowledge can get in touch to help?

I really liked the automated setup process of the app. It's easy and straightforward even for novices.
The install went smooth but some all of my products had to be tagged manually male or female. I am sure this will be fixed in the future, too many products were rejected. In the end it was all fixed manually and they all got approved.
I am not sure how this app will perform but we will see soon.
