Long story short lot's of effort 1 day wasted for nothing at least for my store.
Here the full story :
First i got this error code when i put my gmail account with all my youtube channel

No clear message to tell you what the error really is.
I used my gmail account with no youtube channel and it's worked,
after that i had to found a way to transfer my brand youtube channel and i found it it's not easy and there is an error when you input email where it's said undefined instead of showing your email.
Just to have a message that said i cannot link my youtube channel with with this app and have access to youtube shopping because i need it to have 1000 subscription & monetisation.
Pointless then for a new youtube channel .
back to the app to add google merchant , i had a issue with the policy as i made separate page for it on my shopify, figured out that you have to fill every input field in policy section in my shopify to make it work,
You have to check that you have contact field manualy and you can proceed.
But you need to make a google merchant account first, and dont do anything on it because it not really synced, i transfered my domain on the same email adress between the app and the google merchant to figure out that.
After a while it's will import all your product to say , that none of them are approved and you dont know why .
Long story short it's was a huge waste of time, all that for nothing, maybe the only good part is i installed googe Analytics v4.

Customer care is virtually non-existent, as they merely direct customers to read through policies, terms & conditions, and other documentation to resolve issues independently. Responses are often vague, lacking specific reasons for account suspensions.

I have 4 products on my shopify store, www.larslion.com and only 1 product is being review now, what about my other 3 products? I also have an other glitch 'Invalid store name' go to, you're rgoogle merchant center...
But I don't see anything with a wrong/invalid store name..
Pain to set this up...

Doesn't sync to Shopify at all and shows no store nor products. A true disappointment

Removi da minha conta pois queria tirar todos os produtos do ar e NÃO REMOVE OS PRODUTOS DO GOOGLE SHOPPING/ GOOGLE MERCHANT CENTER, editei em massa os produtos todos para 10 reais como teste e foi tudo para o google shopping e merchant center, agora que removi, eles ainda estão lá por 10 reais e estamos recebendo clientes pedindo os produtos pelo preço errado
Hello and thank you for taking the time to leave a review. In order to delete the product follow these steps:
1. disconnect Google & YouTube app in Shopify
2. Then go to Merchant Center and delete those products manually.
By default Google retains products for 30 days before they expire. If you need products to be removed from Merchant Center immediately, you can delete them directly in Merchant Center after you disconnect the Google & YouTube app within Shopify
can not connect my youtube to my shopfiy store

Trop de bugs. Automatisation defectueuse à revoir. Un jour votre domaine est parqué, puis accepté apres de nombreuses demandes puis retirer à nouveau le lendemain...

Ormai Google sta cadendo a pezzi. Il plugin viene aggiornato di rado, ho un problemi con le conversioni e l'assistenza non mi aiuta. Le ads su google/youtube sono sempre meno efficaci. L'unica cosa buona che avevate fatto, ovvero Google Optimizer l'avete chiusa. Un impero che si sta letteralmente sgretolando. Google pronta al fallimento

It sucks, it won't sync the SKUs I set up in the shopify backend
