I had a technical issue which meant Google stopped my Ads suddenly. I contacted shopify for support on this as I was really annoyed at first but Shopify were really helpful and helped me fix the issue with one of their experts! Turns out my Shipping settings needed additional rules in place which has resolved the issue. Integrating Google Shopping directly from Shopify seems to be more effective than a regular google ads campaign, so it is crucial for any Shopify owner to make sure this App is in place, even if on a low budget! When it works, it works very well.

I am experiencing some of the same issues that other people/companies are having. I keep getting GTN error on a lot of products. I also am experiencing missing inventory data issues. I don not know what that means or how to fix it. I am thinking about removing this app. My sales have dropped since this past May.

We track all activities of clients. That's good but really complicated but I have to become an expert of analyzing those data.
I used this app to help me update my store ,what selling , future items and , is easily for sync my products with others apps.
We are seeing absolutely amazing results from using this app.
We set it up a couple months ago and it was not performing well but with the new integration we are seeing great results.
It's a good app to have! easy and powerful. Just couple of click to make the products be on Google Shop
It a pretty ok app, had some problems in the beginning, but I worked it all out on my own without watching the video of how to set it up correctly. It was easy enough to do.
Useless product, doesn't do anything nor allows to publish your products on to google... It could have been very helpful if it worked though, what a shame!

This problem with the GTIN's not being submitted is horrendous! It's affecting multiple of our shopify stores. Seems like it's been an issue for MONTHS and neither shopify or google are doing anything to fix the issue, leaving merchants to scramble for slow and problematic workarounds! Absolutely horrendous.
