Google has been super helpful with helping get my account set up! When I had a question, they quickly responded!
I am starting using it and it is easy to use and very friendly. Also, support from google is responsive and helpful. and can reach a lot of possible customers.
For listing things it's great, until it starts wanting settings that shouldn't apply to that product at all. Gender, age, etc for paint. Fixing this does nothing since the item is back up on the list for yet something else the next day or hour. Image crawls? 3 days? Nope. They never finish. I don't even know what they are looking for in image crawls. Missing GTINs or wrong ones? Fix them? Nope. It still says it's the wrong GTIN even though you scanned right from the product. I have been fighting this daily for a month now and still have over 500 products on the publish error list that keep coming back.
Edit: Now over half my products are coming up with the error of not having a GTIN... but only when the GTIN is scanned or the product altered in any way. THey all have barcodes (gtins) in the listings! Customer support has stopped responding after the first email.

My products can not be synced to Google Merchant Center since one week ago. No one can help me to solve the issue. Very disappointed.

very good app for connecting to google services very easy to use. it would be better if the area where you edit google meta fields had the option to filter by tags or collections. also is it possible to edit google fields for variant products? at the moment i use supplemental sheets directly in google merchant to add this info
This is our first time using this app. I am using it to channel more business and traffic to my business. Hopefully, it will bring in more customers to Kuzns Kreations.
Does not sync local products properly

i liked very much how easy it was to enter and have it ready to publish my ads.Also i am expectant to see how well i will be in this new store i am opening .hopin for the best..
Products are not syncing correctly with Shopify products. I have to update both lists. When I update products on google shop products it won't save.
