Worked fine but now it doesn't track conversions and says my tag isn't connected when I've made no changes on the app. I've disconnected and reconnected, and it still doesn't tracking any conversions.

This app is pretty good once you have everything setup right both in Shopify and in Google shopping. I recommend you try it.
I really do not know what I am doing, but I am trying to figure it out. I am trying to set up a Facebook. Instagram, Etsy, Shopify, and a Pinterest shop it is very complicated.
Impossible to use. No option to add if identifier exists. Support is no help. I get a reply every 24-48 hours. Not worth the hassle.

I am getting errors but no directions on how to fix them from anywhere on the site I click on the error and it is no help

This app is for beginners and people brand new to Google Shopping. Install it to get started and tinker around a little but it won't and should not be the tool you use to scale on Google Shopping. I'm looking at another google shopping integration app created by CEDcommerce as a long term solution. My website: www.gearscanada.com
It gets the job done so that the world can see my products! The process was easy and updated from the previous versions which is awesome!
This app makes it easier to view and manage your Merchant Center without having multiple windows. If any issues arise, you can view them within Shopify–so helpful!
If you have simple products that are easily submitted to Google Merchant Centre then this app would probably be fine. The products I was trying to submit required a lot of fine tweaking because they were medically related. This app does not make it easy to make changes specifically for Google Shopping. If you want to make changes you have to change your entire product in your store. Which is not ideal. I ended up deleting it and starting again with a whole new app.

The Google Shopping App does import your existing product data from Shopify, but you may need to add any required additional information before you can sync products with Google Merchant Centre. I already added the app to my store. But, it wasn't even opening anything. I tried for hours just to open the channel, but no way. I ended up removing it. tried again to add it after opening a merchant center, an Error message comes up saying "There’s no page at this address, check the URL and try again, or use the search bar to find what you need."

update I just needed to wait for a while and could download it. The good point is that a google ads specialist contacted me on my phone trying to help me start my ads. However, the platform is so difficult to deal with. Also, google just suspended my accounts while there are no obvious reasons for it. It's just a waste of time working with it, you will be always trying to solve problems. Almost a week passed trying to set it up, but I am not done yet.
