I became a Google Merchant in 2010 and at the end of March. When I launched a Google ADS campaign within a couple of days , it the same moment I connected my merchant account to the campaign I was immediately sent an email by Google stating that my merchant account had been suspended. Upon coming here to the review site I was astonished at how many recent 1 star reviews were posted by other Shopify customers with exactly the same result of Google suspending the merchant accounts under the exact problem heading of misrepresentation . Very disappointed for the lack of due diligence for Shopify customers who now have suspended merchant accounts caused by misrepresentation of what?? Nobody knows, at least that is what the other reviews say. Then answer from Google is also very vague and does not have any ideas on offering a solution to fix this serious problem

I use this app so that more people can see my products. Google is very popular. It is one of the best search engine in the world. It is being used daily by a lot of people. It is user friendly and easy to find what you are looking for.

Maybe I am not lucky here , cost per click almost 7$ but with bad result,,,, really bad experpience!!!! Maybe I should spend $1000 to get 1 buyer hikss.. really sad...

I got my Merchant account suspended after I installed this channel. I even tried myself to fix the problems since I got no support! After that I even hired someone to help. My account is still suspended

Won't work - just like the Facebook app. Is this a way to try to get more money to get a better app? Wish I knew this before I spent the time and money to set up my store.

The product approval does need to come from Google but there are potential troubleshooting steps our team can work with you on. I struggled with setting up this app at first I fixed some of the issues I was having thus far. I do have a question though, is there a way I can get my products to show without the GTIN or MPN number?

Google is and will always be my main search engine and when i purchase any item i do my research with google engine for best price compare. I also have started to use shopify to open my ecommerce store and i am getting alot of info off google and many other sites
