The app continuously removes all my products from the merchant center and shows them as pending in shopify. Google Shopping Ads are huge for us so when my products are removed out of nowhere, business suffers. This needs to be fixed ASAP.

I have been in review for over 2 months!!! No way to understand why or how to expedite. This is by far the worst app I have used.

Thank you for sharing this feedback! I understand how frustrating the wait can be. Typically, Google can take up to 10 business days to review and approve these products. Every product is reviewed individually so it can occasionally take longer. If you find products stuck in the pending status for 2 months, you can check in your Google Merchant Center to see if it's pending. If it is not, reach out to Shopify Support and our technical team can take a look. If it's stuck in pending, it is recommended that you reach out to Google to understand the reason as it is Google that reviews the products. This app is a sure fire way to demolish your sales. They publish the highest shipping rate only so it looks like it costs $100 to ship a bottle of wine (priority first overnight rate) instead of $12. They also have so many errors such as UTM missing when my products have barcodes. My products are not showing up correctly or are rejected.

With regards to the shipping concern that you mentioned, if you are using the automatically synced shipping settings from Shopify then yes, the highest shipping rate will be displayed. The reason is that shipping rates cannot be misrepresented. If Google sees a higher shipping rate offered on your website than what is displayed on your Ad, your account can be suspended.

To clarify, you do have the option to either automatically sync your shipping settings from Shopify, or manually set these rates up in your Google Merchant Center.

Rather than displaying the highest price that is offered for shipping, you can manually set up your shipping rates in your Google Merchant Center by following these instructions: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6069284

i don't know why Google don't approve my products and suspended my acc. I don't know what to do to solve it!
It says: Account suspended due to policy violation: Misrepresentation of self or product (Untrustworthy promotions)
To resolve your suspension, you need to go to Google Merchant Center and contact Google support.

I completely see why people leave low ratings on this app. I just set it up and my account was suspended. When I contacted Shopify, they told me to call Google. I call Google, they ask me for a 10 digit number but I only have a 9 digit number and the automated system deleted me. I am so frustrated with both Shopify and Google honestly!

What a shitty app.... Account got suspended and banned it because of shopify. Now I contacted google and got it lifted but then it STILL doesnt give a good feed.... Very bad app and please fix this, its crucial!!

It would be fine if it didn't always feed the highest shipping price through to google. Mentioned this to shopify but they didn't seem concerned and told me to look for another app.

I'm glad you left a review about your experience! It's important that we hear from our merchants so we can ensure that the products we create for them actually work for them.

While the Google Shopping app does use the highest shipping price to the Google Merchant Center, you do have the option to select Manual Shipping Settings. I think this would be a good choice for you, since we don't import any shipping data at this point and you have the chance to set up your data directly in the Google Merchant Center!
