Merchants appreciate this app for its easy installation, user-friendly interface, and integration with Google Shopping and YouTube ads. It provides valuable insights, aids in product management, and supports bulk editing. The responsive customer support is highly valued. However, some merchants have faced issues with account suspensions and product disapprovals. The app's integration with Google Analytics and YouTube enhances data tracking and user engagement. These are two good quality products of variety for my business. I hope my business will milestones of YouTube success later. I will be faithful always. I never give up on my YouTube personal and YouTube business continues. I pray every day to god. I will still be patient. I keep continuing on my YouTube channel. The customers purchased products on my store website online 4 months ago already. The customers said that love my products. They haven’t purchased my products since then. I hope they will do it.
So far it has been easy to setup and I look forward to figuring out how it will help sales in my online shop.
However, I do think a bit of UX design in the diagnostics area might help? For example, if I try to dig in deeper it looks like a spreadsheet but I cannot tell what the fields pertain to. Maybe there is a way to make a diagnostic tool to help people solve the issues specifically in bulk?
For any future users, if you want to be successful using this app and prevent your products from being disapproved, please note the following:
1.) After enabling this app and connecting your merchant center, head over to the overview page then click on manage products. This will open a bulk editor, do not confuse this with Shopify's bulk editor, be sure all your products have SKU values if they don't have GTIN values, please note the SKU value can be anything (as long as it's unique).
2.) Make sure all your product titles do not have any non-product related words like (Amazing, Best, Introducing, etc..).
3.) All your product images should be at least 500px by 500px (SQUARE), they should not be blurry or contain anything other than the product on a white background.
4.) Make sure to add as many details as you can in the manage products bulk editor in this app.
5.) Keep your product descriptions clean and simple, do not reference other brands, do not claim false things and keep it only related to the product. Make sure to add the most important product points in the first 160 - 500 characters.
Following these 5 simple notes, this app will work like a charm! Easy to use and track your products.
