Been using this app for over a year and very happy. Customer service and response time is very quick so that's an A+ in my book!

In theory they are good, but the reality is the print quality is very average at best many times. The customer support is back and forth via emails which is not ideal at all for me....they should at least have the ability to do online chat support. I can't recommend this app in good faith to other sellers.
Most of their items are supposed to ship within 4 business days however they often miss this deadline. This will result in your orders arriving late, which will result in upset customers and will negatively impact your business.

Really great service, like the products. Love the personal attention to customers, I always get a great answer and they take my feedback very seriously. I would recommend this to anyone. Interface is fairly straightforward and they are updating stuff all the time to make it easier and easier.

I love this app for pillows. So far all my customers are happy with the items they've received. And the turnaround time is better than some of the other print on demand companies. They even fulfill my orders for me and send my customers emails with tracking numbers. I highly recommend Gooten.
