Gooten: Print on Demand

They take FOREVER to ship, and the product arrived damaged (Bent paper, was obviously no from shipping) and the print had red lines around the text. Very disappointed in not only the time frame but the product.

Revision !!! smalone and something witty are bogus accounts ! They are both from the same template and only have a product or two on them and both at stupid prices. This is clearly some clown at gooten trying to scam the review system.

I was looking to sell some of their phone cases. I was surprised at the high cost of their Phone case wallet but ordered a sample. VERY CHEAP AND POORLY MADE. Since I paid less for another one at RETAIL cost I expected this one to be very nice since it was more at WHOLESALE cost but it was awful. There customer service is very slow too!

I try to never leave bad reviews and try to understand, but this guys are just not doing things right at the moment, I order an item it took them twice as long to fulfill and then the tracking number they provided is not working. I had to refund my final costumer an apologize. Will never be using gooten again. Got with printify, printful or spod if you want a reliable provider. Also their product ...

would be nice if I was able to simply download the app & use it like all other apps but apparently it's difficult to try to sign up & actually use it...

I am very disappointed, I am ready to go to work and create designs for my business and for the life of me...cannot even figure out how and where to begin. There is NO information on how it all works for your own designs

As a small business, I am all about cheering on companies. I know crap happens and am always willing to give second and even third chances. My head is still spinning from this experience though, but my 3 biggest complaints are:

Installed this app as they have a nice selection of items - placed a test order and the items took forever to ship. Actually am still waiting on most of them.

All of my products and days of work setting up my shop's inventory were DELETED by this app days after installing it! The installation itself took multiple attempts to install and never worked again. I have contacted Shopify support letting Gooten know how buggy their app is. Not worth the trouble.

When I created a product, It disappeared upon saving. I could only find again after trying to create the product again. Nothing but grief trying to get this app to work. Saving one section on a page meant losing another section on that page. Great selection of products, lots of potential. It just wouldn't work for me, and it wouldn't load pages consistently. (was working with phone cases)
