I ordered a mug recently to see how quickly my order will be received to New York and I ordered on a weekend and received it in less than a week! I love it. The prices are very good, selection is large, and a decent selection of organic clothing. I like their options a lot. So far they are a keeper! Shipping times seem fast.

I liked how easy it was to design my own products, but I think it would be better if we were supplied with more mockup images to post to our own store. Additionally, a lot of my customers are not based in the United States and shipping can get very expensive, especially if they order more than one type of product.

I ordered two pet bandanas, both of which were two different sizes and neither of which were the size listed on the website. I reached out to support, and they were apologetic and offered to send replacements (the only reason I'm not giving a 1-star review). However, I won't be using Gooten products in my shopify store now because I can't trust consistency in their products for my customers.

I needed some special-printed products that I couldn't find on any other POD-services but Gooten helped me with that! Super easy set-up. Literally, anyone could set up a store with their help :)

Was really pleased w the amount of back and forth customer service gave me w an item I was ordering that still showed white outline. They could have just printed it wrong but went back and forth w me until I got it right!
