So far this company has been a bit of a let down. They lost my order and can't seem to find it. I hope they can get better organized and have better customer service in the future! Additionally this company tried charging me again and sending me incorrect information that did not pertain to me.

Horrible.

I've had to contact support multiple times to fix issues with orders.

I have about 25-50 orders that should have made it by Christmas, but have some unknown hold on them. I have not been reached out to about this, and new orders continue to be put on hold.

It would be nice if they fixed this issue or gave you some sort of reason your order goes on hold.

As far as I know, the quality of products is nice, when they actually do get sent.

Update 1/8/18:

STILL have not fixed this issue. Support finally responded, about 5 days after my initial email. However, did not fix the issue.

I have been using it for three weeks and ordered multiple products for my customers, and I am very disappointed.

1- I have emailed multiple times regarding general questions but have not heard back
2- I receive a lot of marketing emails.
3- It has been TEN days, and the products are still in production.

Simply the has terrible customer services, and products take too long. I would not recommend it for any print on demand store owner.

LOOK AT ALL THE 1 STAR REVIEWS THEY HAVE AND DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! They don't even bother to respond to these reviews. horrible. cute products. But there is ZERO customer support. The website is so difficult to work. DOES NOT integrate with Shopify at all. I could sell these products like crazy but I can't get it to work with my shopify store and I can't get anyone at Gooten to even try to help me. I have wasted so much time trying to get this vendor to work. Going to delete Gooten if someone doesn't help ASAP. not even worth 1 Star.

In the recent months we have seen a huge increase in orders, and thus a huge increase in customer support tickets due to COVID. We admit that we were not prepared for this, nor did we ever expect such an increase in business. What a bad mockup generator pictures looks so bad and ugly i don't know how someone can tell that they have been able to sell something with those poor pictures ! We don't even recognize the products...

Gooten was supposed to be my savior....but:
- Orders took over 2-3 weeks to get fulfilled (Yes I understand Covid was an aspect)
- They Shipped the wrong products! - Customers received items that I don't even have listed on my store
- Little to no customer support.

I can live with the slower shipping as it's POD. However I can't justify waiting 2 weeks then the customer receiving the wrong product - that is just unacceptable!

The worst print on demand company I have ever used. Orders were delayed, customer service took days to respond, then would respond with a canned up, scripted response that did not address the issue, the user interface was extremely slow, at one point it stopped syncing with my shopify store and I didn't know the orders weren't getting printed. The cutting boards image was dull (the same file that came out bright with my other POD). The last straw is when my customer bought a puzzle as a gift and the tracking said it arrived and it never did (I have confirmation from the PO that they never received the package) and then I emailed the Gooten help desk and NO RESPONSE. **If you care at all about your business reputation then do not use Gooten, too risky.

I use this app to drop ship custom home decor for my customers. I am experiencing some frustration with the status information regarding my customers orders. I am unable to contact gooten over the phone, instead only an email is available which says that it can take 24-48 hours to get a reply back. These are Mother’s Day gifts and my customers paid for expedited shipping 8 days ago. The products have said in production for 7 days and I would like to know when these will be shipped out to my customers. The website avg production time says 3-4 and like I said, it’s been 7! I am not happy at the moment and would have appreciated an email or phone call or something from gooten explaining the delay, however, it says on my orders page that these products are on schedule but obviously they are not.

TERRIBLE. I had to delay the launch of my store by a month because of their lack of customer service and the quality of the few samples I received. Luckily I found out before I officially launched, but it was a pain to move all of my products over to a new POD service and I lost out on my free Etsy listings I'd linked to Gooten.

Customer service never replies (though they say you'll hear back in 72 hours). I submitted three tickets and only heard back from one weeks later and it was a generic, non-answer reply. Products were lost in transit or took way longer than stated production time (I understand the delays due to the pandemic, but this was beyond that). Of the few items I did receive the quality was sorely lacking..the graphics were not printed where they were placed on the shirt and graphics were smudged. It's a shame because they have a great range of products, but the issues you'll run into are not worth it.

They take FOREVER to ship, and the product arrived damaged (Bent paper, was obviously no from shipping) and the print had red lines around the text. Very disappointed in not only the time frame but the product.
