Gooten: Print on Demand

I love the range these guys have. Some really unique products like candles and fleece blankets that you wouldn't necessarily expect to see from a POD supplier. The magic mugs are really cool as well. I think if you don't wanna just sell tshirts and phone cases, there are some great options in their catalogue. Great templates, too. The only downside would be they seem a bit pricier than other vendors, but that's just up to you to fold that into the cost so not a major downside but worth noting if you're just getting started.

Really great app, but poor quality printing. We have been slowly migrating our print on demand products away from Gooten because about half of our customers complain about the print quality or item quality. We only use a few products from Gooten now. Highly suggest testing a product before offering it to your customers to avoid bad experiences.

Amazing print on demand platform. The features of printing in your geographical area is awesome. Looking forward to many years with gooten to thrive my business.

No phone available for quick Customer Service questions. Had doubled an order by accident and since it took them a day to respond via email it was too late to cancel and it cost me money. Took no responsibility and my Customer made out with (2) items. Congrats. Not sure how a company can run a business without a Customer Support Phone number. There are plenty of other POD companies out there. Choose another. Had another issue on a Image, which you can find on Products being sold on Amazon and Walmart, and the Customer agent via email was arguing with me about it being inappropriate.

I loved that app when I found it but then big issues started, items I'd created were disappearing and the customer service became non-existent. I've been waiting WEEKS for a response, I've even chased and nothing back on any channel. Impossible to work like this. I've had to abandon them and find other suppliers elsewhere. Wasted a lot of my time here.

Gooten is a great go-to for cute merchandise! I have ordered a few items and I the quality is great and everything came as expected.

Great range of products to add to my store. The app is easy to use and the user interface is not complicated like other print-on-demand apps. The shipping calculator is a plus. In the future, I hope they add more products in the apparel category like bomber jackets. So far I have no problems with the app.
