This app was used to integrate print products into my store. Fulfillment is good and the software is good too. There are numerous great options on Shopify however for my new store I am going to go with Gooten and as their quality was ideal

There are various products and the customer service response was very fast, within 1 - 2 days.
The delivery time to UK and Europe is slightly longer than I expected but it is good so far.

I placed the exact same order with Gooten and another top POD service. The embroidered hat is taking a bit longer to get to me then the other company but so far everything has been very comparable. The one major difference was the cell phone case. With the other company I got a cheap, flimsy plastic case. With Gooten I received a case that will actually protect my phone! Overall my experience has been great and I can't think of a reason why someone would not want to use this service. A++

A big selection of POD items, our favorite is the framed prints. Really great quality for a very reasonable price. The best part is that they have great customer service and are very proactive. Looking forward to adding more POD products from Gooten to our store in the future!

Absolutely love Gooten as a POD provider. They have great printing and a much larger print area than their competitors. Only downsides: 1) Shipping for multiple items is prohibitively expensive; 2) It's really difficult to get colors added for some items. We can't print our fleece with them because of the lack of options there. I would love to be able to use them for everything. Thanks!

Setting up my Gooten account and connecting it to my Shopify store was super easy. The design guides and uploading custom design features were easy to understand. I love the range of print-on-demand products they offer and I can't wait to keep expanding my shop offerings.

Terrible company. Shipped the wrong item completely and when I asked to get the right one they put it on hold for "copyright reasons" I did the art myself and they need (Commercial proof) so I cant just send them the art. they have already produced about 8 of these exact products for me but now they wont do it because its a reprint. I have asked for the manufacturer but gooten wont give it to me because they know they are a Piece of SH*T company that deserves to be bankrupt. and would lose all their customers because they are terrible. I have had so many problems with them. Just find another site if you can. They do not treat their customers well and DO NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS. This company makes me so mad I had to share this.

LOOK AT ALL THE 1 STAR REVIEWS THEY HAVE AND DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! They don't even bother to respond to these reviews. horrible. cute products. But there is ZERO customer support. The website is so difficult to work. DOES NOT integrate with Shopify at all. I could sell these products like crazy but I can't get it to work with my shopify store and I can't get anyone at Gooten to even try to help me. I have wasted so much time trying to get this vendor to work. Going to delete Gooten if someone doesn't help ASAP. not even worth 1 Star.

We have recently increased our customer support staff as well as implemented new ways to better serve our partners. In the recent months we have seen a huge increase in orders, and thus a huge increase in customer support tickets due to COVID.
