Gooten: Print on Demand

After using Gooten for over a year, I've become quite familiar with the quality of the products and the customer service. Customer Service is outstanding. I've never had to wait more than a few hours for a response to an email. If there's any issue with a product, Gooten jumps through hoops to get you a replacement ASAP.

Most of their products are very good. Their sherpa fleece blanket is outstanding in both quality of print and the material itself. It's a thick, heavy and warm blanket. The Duvet Cover was good, but the print wasn't quite as sharp as a competitor's, and the material wasn't as thick and durable as I would have liked. The suede pillow and pet bed were both nice, but the image wasn't as sharp as I would have liked. However, the wall tapestry and tote bags were great in both quality of product and quality of print.

Easy to use and very reliable. Easy to install and easy to browse. Provides lots of options and assistance.

So far so good! I'm considering switching all my shops products to Gooten. It seems like it would be really easy to do.

The base prices are quite reasonable. They also have a shipping calculator right in their app! Pretty useful.

Gooten is extremely easy to use, and has all the products I want to use for my services, all in one place.

Commonly the weakest link in any offering is product support but not with the Gooten team. Extremely responsive with immediate results. I'm still new to this company, but we are definitely off to a great start. Product setup could not be easier, and as a one-person show, this is the answer that I desperately need so I can get my life back. Thank you, Gooten team! Great job!

I was looking for a printer who offered 1) worldwide fulfillment, 2) decent margins, 3) sweatshop-free products and printing, 4) drop shipping, 5) and quality printing and products. Gooten is all of these! Especially recommended to anyone who is looking to actually make decent margins off of apparel/print sales.

Beyond the margins, the customer support is incredible as well. Since i'm new to selling online i was especially happy to have had support personnel reach out to me and help me with getting my store, products, and account set up and configured right. They also made product recommendations and site recommendations which really helped.

Gooten is very responsive and really cares about what the end product looks like. I am very happy with them! I also think they have a better than average selection of products compared to others.

So far I really like this app. It's very easy to use. So far I have only played around with the system to get an idea of how to use it, but I will soon be creating designs and ordering samples. I can't wait to see how they turn out!
