I used to love Gooten, but there's a big problem with them changing their items without proper notice to sellers. The first time I ran into this was with their bandanas. They started out as great quality, with a slight sheen and a soft knit, but then they changed to a terrible tight, shiny, stiff knit and the edges were never right. I let that slide because they refunded me and I appreciated their other products.. However, two weeks ago I reached out to see why two of my customers' orders hadn't gone through. Customer service said they'd look into it, but I haven't heard anything since, even after sending a follow up email. Today I decided to manually place their orders, come to find out the product they ordered had been changed completely, in shape and material, and the original I had on my website was no longer available. The original product was perfect, and this new one looks terrible on their website. It seems they're cutting costs and quality is being decreased, but of course the prices are the same. Very disappointed. I can't continue to use Gooten knowing that my products can be changed randomly without any proper notice to me and that my customers could receive terrible products that are different than what I first received when I wanted to make sure of their quality before selling them.

Horrible experience! I have had them for a couple of years now. I put up with technical mock-up and platform issues, misunderstandings, language barrier, slow and robotic customer service, but now they went one step further after I got upset. They pushed my design to production without approval and without solving the image issue. On top of pushing faulty products into production without prior approval (I do the approval manually once the issue is solved), they overcharged me for shipping! Their new and supposedly improved technical platform is a failure. There is no way to see a mock-up because there is no proper mock-up. There is no way to see the newly uploaded image or move it, you have to do it from a different page- the whole thing is complex and doing it blindly does not help. Each time I explained this I received the same robotic reply. I was patient, but when they push unresolved images into production without approval and overcharge me, that is unacceptable. Not only I don't recommend them, but I would say AVOID, unless you want to lose your mind and waste your time and money. They are marketing everywhere and trying to acquire new people, but they do NOT care about their customers. I hope no one else has to go through this.
They claim to be Print-on-demand but do not have order notes.
If you use this app, you cannot offer expedited shipping. All orders are made to be standard and there is no way to update it.
In short, the app sucks.
The company, shipped flawed canvases and refused to replace citing damage was within their threshold. Hope your customers enjoy their threshold.
Software is really awful. Prepare to accidentally cancel orders, not understand how to ship internationally.
Printful is much better in every way.

Gooten offers expedited shipping and worldwide shipping as an option, with very few exceptions on very few products. 8/7 order date. 8/11 product shipped. Today is 9/13 and customer has not received the item. Gooten's 'manufacturer' has not received the item back (return to sender) - and they won't ship out a replacement until they get it back. Normally I would agree with this, but not in this circumstance. Order #2 - Customer decides to order again and send to different address. Order was placed 8/25. Today is 9/13 and the order has not started fulfillment yet. --- I will update this with Gooten's resolution as I'm still waiting to hear one. Not likely going to be good and I'm ready to halt all business relations with them.

3 out of 4 orders, didn't receive their destination. The shirts that I received contained printing errors. Please move on to another company if you want to save time and stress.
Started out good but now I have been receiving complaints about broken products from customers and have been waiting well over a month for a reply from gooten support, i ended up having to take a loss and refund the customers because gooten support is non existent. Avoid at all costs.

I have, and still been waiting for over a week now with no response. How about something of substance rather than getting me to run through hoops that won't solve anything.

I’ve been using this app for more than a year I spent a lot of time setting up all the products and images on my website. I’ve had an ongoing problem with them claiming they’ve sent orders out and when you check the tracking number they’ve never been shipped when you ask UPS they’ve never seen the packages! This is not a one time occurrence but has happened several times now it’s unacceptable . Rather than acknowledged the problem and fix it they continue to make up stories that the packages are lost in transit . They have hurt my reputation with several of my longtime good customers. They will continue to claim they mailed the packages anyway. And when you’re trying to get the reprint sent out it takes three days or more for them to respond often times through email because there’s no phone support Are used to have a manager I could reach out to you now they’re telling me I have to spend $25,000 in Prints every quarter to have access to a manager! In the tbeginning I was satisfied with this service but now it’s turned into a giant headache for me and my customers
Absolutely the WORST company to use for POD. I paid full price for a test print on a product. The resulting color print was COMPLETELY OFF. They refused to do a reprint and suggested another full price charge on a sample that was supposedly their own fault for not printing the correct color. I would give 0 stars if possible. They obviously are not interested in getting sales from my 500,000 customer base. Companies like this will be out of business soon.
Awful customer service with little to no follow up majority of the time. Had to disable multiple products (tumblers and fanny packs) due to way too many quality control issues -- wrong products from other stores arriving to my customers, fanny packs arriving with the zipper sewn into the seams, items arriving with zippers sticking or strings hanging, prints not aligning properly and tumblers arriving without lids CONSTANTLY. Bottom line, if you're looking for quality products - do not use Gooten, I'm honestly going to remove the app and my account.
