I am a print on demand newbie. Gooten is the second company I have tried. Site navigation is easy to figure out. I really appreciated the ease of adding different colors/designs (ie black lettering on a light shirt and white lettering on dark shirts) to the same product/post. I would love to see the product range grow to offer more items - bandanas, pennants, and silicon bracelets would all be fantastic! Keep up the great work!!

Super easy to use and very easy to convert designs into my shop. Pricing with shipping is a little different than other POD- so it’s a little bit of a learning curve but overall I recommend-!
Convenient app. I found a large number of products for my store. It would be nice if you added the function to work in the app inside my store without going to your site

I've placed one sample order so far and I'm super-happy with it! Their catalog of products is extensive and they're on their way to doing some really great things for their sellers. My sample order was delivered 7 business days after it was ordered, which places the TAT at 3-4 days. Very happy with Gooten!

I am fairly new to Print On Demand world. I opened up my first Print On Demand business this year and was looking for products that I was not finding on other platforms. I stumbled upon Gooten and saw they had the products I was looking for at really good prices! I signed up for an account and I have loved how easy their website is to use and how easy it is to upload my custom products to my online store! Definitely recommend them for all of your POD needs!

What a bad mockup generator pictures looks so bad and ugly i don't know how someone can tell that they have been able to sell something with those poor pictures ! We don't even recognize the products...
Gooten was supposed to be my savior....but:
- Orders took over 2-3 weeks to get fulfilled (Yes I understand Covid was an aspect)
- They Shipped the wrong products! - Customers received items that I don't even have listed on my store
- Little to no customer support.
I can live with the slower shipping as it's POD. However I can't justify waiting 2 weeks then the customer receiving the wrong product - that is just unacceptable!

I love them but... Their imaging sizing requirements have always been an issue for me. I even ordered a sample blanket, and even though it met the requirements, it still did not come out right. The customer service is great, just the imaging requirements could be a little clearer or more cut and dry
There are various products and the customer service response was very fast, within 1 - 2 days.
The delivery time to UK and Europe is slightly longer than I expected but it is good so far.

The app was really amazing and easy to install. The on-demand print is super easy to integrate with multiple platforms. Highly recommend!
