Gooten: Print on Demand , 485 vurderinger

Awful customer service with little to no follow up majority of the time. Had to disable multiple products (tumblers and fanny packs) due to way too many quality control issues -- wrong products from other stores arriving to my customers, fanny packs arriving with the zipper sewn into the seams, items arriving with zippers sticking or strings hanging, prints not aligning properly and tumblers arriving without lids CONSTANTLY. Bottom line, if you're looking for quality products - do not use Gooten, I'm honestly going to remove the app and my account.

Getting onboarded was easier than other print on demand services I've tried and their selection is top notch. I'm moving all my stores over to Gooten ASAP and I can't wait to see how it continues to impact my growth.

The Gooten team has been very helpful in getting our products set up and linked to be fulfilled. We have tried the top 3 and they are the best out of them.

I've been using Gooten for the past several months. Their customer service is very good and I always get an answer right away or within 24 hours. They are very attentive to detail. The print products they offer are very good quality. They have a very nice selection of apparel partners, good quality.

I would definitely recommend Gooten. I just started on Shopify, and after much research, I decided to go with Gooten to supply my products. Every step of the way, they have been incredibly helpful (and extremely quick in their responses). I appreciate that they offer support via online chat and e-mail, and I am so pleased that they respond so quickly. They have always been incredibly professional and courteous, too. I was able to put through a sample order from my store, and when I received the goods (phone cases) I was truly impressed -- the cases looked amazing. Glad to have such a supportive company to help me!

Solid 4 stars because the products of fine quality and I find they have some of the best prices for apparel. My profit margin is increased by selling mugs, shirts, and house goods through them, but the order takes a while to be processed and shipped. I do like there customer service though. I felt like their team communicated with me in a timely matter and that is important when I feel like I am doing it on my own.

Great variety of quality products. Great print quality. A phone # would be nice, but emails work fine for their customer service.

I was extremely please with the length of time from order to shipped considering the staff shortages most companies are dealing with. My products were perfect and I will be switching the products I can to Gooten.

They carry some stuff other POD providers dont, but they will substitute a product for something similar if they are out of stock for that particular product. This is unacceptable for my business, as it depends on quality clothing from specific brands and models. Production time and shipping are good though.

I use Gooten and a few other apps within Shopify. They have never missed a deadline (if you actually read the handbook day of submission =day zero). After that they have always been on time. They do high quality work, with the exception of 2 ornaments out of the hundreds of products I've worked with them on.

Only downside is you have to email for customer service and they can take up to 24 hours to respond. I recommend that you change your shop settings to not process immediately because you can't cancel orders with them if you made an error. Overall I am happy with their prices and quality of products. Takes a little bit of work on your end, but I'm satisfied with the results and profit margins.
