For the most part, I've been very satisfied with their service. I've been using Gooten for about a year now and it's been great! The support usually responds within a day which is pretty amazing compared to other providers I've used. The only small issue is that processing sometimes takes up to 5 business days but other than it's been a smooth process on every order.

Note: I've only ordered canvas posters from them.

Our experience with Gooden has been outstanding in every respect and aspect of the operation of our retail and wholesale stores. From the very beginning when we decided to transition from our old platform to Gootens´, the personalized customer service we have received during the whole transition process and since fully operating live, has been superb. Every single issue and particularity of our needs has been expedited and thoroughly resolved in time and form. We are very happy, it has made our operation much easier and effective.

Gooten is a great way to get your startup on demand printing business going. It's very user friendly and easy to use. You'll have no trouble learning how to use Gooten.

The app is easier to use than most POD platforms. The pricing, especially when compared to Printful, is exceptional. The ability to add custom neck labels to branding is a plus. All new POD e-commerce stores must definitely try gooten.

A lot of awesome products that are made on demand that aren't available anywhere else! App works great with shopify. Very easy to update product listings and no bugs that I have noticed.

Been using Gooten for 1 year now and this is by far the best POD provider out there. I have used them all and Gooten never lets me down. 100000000% recommended.
