Gooten: Print on Demand

Denied printing my designs of a president even though they fall under parody/fair use

So far my experience has be great. Easy to use plenty of merch to choose from. I am grateful to have stumbled upon them.

Very impressed with the UX and service thus far (4 week in) - its so much quicker than a few other POD I work with - not perfect yet but very good enough to recommend - clear UI and thoughtful product journey which is a relief. The 3rd party integrations are fantastic (etsy etc).

I've used a number of print-on-demand apps through Shopify over the years and Gooten has consistently been the least headaches both with easy integration, great quality products, and fast shipping. I've only rarely had limitations or issues. I inadvertently found Gooten while looking for one particular POD product and so far have been very impressed with their catalog and their support. I had a question early on which they responded to right away with very helpful information.

TLDR: Gooten’s shipping charges are outrageous, customer service is slow and unhelpful, my data was compromised, product quality is poor, and their scents are unbearable.

I was charged $67 to ship less than 2 lbs of sample orders, so while their pricing may seem competitive initially, just wait until you see the outrageous shipping charges. When I contacted their service team, I was told, “All of ...

Biggest issue i have with them is the customer service is trash, they make it very difficult to contact them and when you finally do they say they will get back to you with 36 business hours. which they have not. which is not good if you are trying to run a business through their POD service and fix problems as they arrive.
