great products and amazing customer service. Unfortunatly I was not able to use them because my focus is on metal prints and they are not yet available vis shopify.

I have been using it for three weeks and ordered multiple products for my customers, and I am very disappointed.
1- I have emailed multiple times regarding general questions but have not heard back
2- I receive a lot of marketing emails.
3- It has been TEN days, and the products are still in production.
Simply the has terrible customer services, and products take too long. I would not recommend it for any print on demand store owner.

For some products, fulfillment times are delayed due to COVID-19 restrictions at our manufacturing partners' facilities, coupled with an unexpected increase in order volumes. These disruptions, in turn, have overwhelmed our customer support team. While our team is working hard to respond to every request, our response times are longer than usual, and for this, we apologize.

Great quality products, huge selection of items. My only criticism is the shipping times, which can be longer than what customers expect, although they do take 4 days (usually) to produce the products so that’s part of the process.
This app is incredibly straight forward, and allows me to easily create products and wall art on the Gooten website and then seamlessly integrate these products into my Shopify account. It's very straightforward for Shopify beginners, and I would recommend Gooten for their wide range of print-on-demand products at reasonable prices.

Working with Gooten has been great since the beginning of our connection. They were so helpful to all of our needs, big and small. Very responsive customer service team as well! A great variety of products to choose from, and they have welcomed our suggestions as well. Love their customer interface, very user friendly. Overall, great company to work with!
Love the quality of the printing and variety of products. My customers are also very happy with the quality. I find the software pretty straightforward to use. Things I would change: shipping costs are way too costly (especially when it's important for small businesses to provide free shipping to customers as an incentive, this eats a lot of my profit. The shipping fees are also more than what I would typically pay to mail these objects.); I’d love to have better product mock-ups that parallel or are the same as what you use to show products in your product catalog. Why aren't these available? Lastly, I'd like to see the platform compatible on all devices (especially tablets!), not just a laptop or desktop.

LOOK AT ALL THE 1 STAR REVIEWS THEY HAVE AND DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! They don't even bother to respond to these reviews. horrible. cute products. But there is ZERO customer support. The website is so difficult to work. DOES NOT integrate with Shopify at all. I could sell these products like crazy but I can't get it to work with my shopify store and I can't get anyone at Gooten to even try to help me. I have wasted so much time trying to get this vendor to work. Going to delete Gooten if someone doesn't help ASAP. not even worth 1 Star.

We have recently increased our customer support staff as well as implemented new ways to better serve our partners. A variety of products so I'm excited to get my sample products (pins, AOP sweatshirt and stickers)... I'm still waiting 2 weeks in for my order to be processed....
However, no complaints from my customers so far for the greeting cards I've ordered.

Would HIGHLY (extra emphasis on highly) recommend using the Gooten App. The people who run it are amazing people that care for the opinions of their users. The range of products are amazing for a make on demand service. Quality is great and the prices are a tiny bit high, but worth it. Probably the best on demand app on shopify.
I think the interface could use some updating. I wish there was a place for me to look at my library of uploaded art work. As of right now you have to make a template to see any of the art work you have uploaded. Also the template making process is extremely slow. Ultimatly I liked their product selection as they had some woman's shirts that the other companies did not have, however when I needed to do an all black shirt collection they were out of stock in med, large, and extra large in black with no idea on when they would be back in stock. The shirt was the only woman's shirt that ran true to size and not small. The app was easy to navigate as it is really a simple app which is not all bad.
