I love Gooten. Their variety of products is greater than the other competitors I've seen. I had a few issues with my products because of a mistake I made and they helped me correct it almost instantly for no extra charge. This is probably one of the best Print on Demand services out there.

Honestly, we liked their products and hope to continue using them but their customer service is awful. No way to contact them except email and they take days or weeks to respond and then more time to try to get the problem resolved. We have 2 open issues with them that have been ongoing for weeks and neither is resolved. One is my product was being sent to a customer missing a part. Still no resolution or communication. Very frustrating.

After trying almost every other POD supplier, Gooten is by far the best out there. The products they offer are great quality, Customer Service is fast and responsive, and shipping times are unbeatable. Thank you so much guys:)

The people at Gooten are incredible. Their service is truly world class and they do their best to actually serve their clients. Haven't had any problems with them so I highly recommend you check them out!

I've been waiting for the response from the support team for more than TWO MONTHS - 2 MONTHS WITHOUT THE REPLY!!!

Don't use it if you want to have a reliable partner.

We have been using Gooten for over 6 months now ever since switching from one of their competitors. Switching to Gooten doubled our margins overnight, while keeping our product quality constant. Since day one their team has been incredibly helpful and has went above and beyond to fix any issues we may have experienced.

Long story short, we couldn't be happier with Gooten and highly recommend them to anyone looking to launch a new store that dropships products!

I've used the app so far for the accessory pouches, scarves, weekender totes & wrapped canvases. I think all the products mentioned above except for the scarf has pretty good base & printing quality. My designs & artwork colors are well represented on the products. I would like to grow my scarf business significantly but don't feel the base fabric they use scarves is fashionable, or comfortable for wearing, it is very transparent so designs created print out with a more "transparent look". Would love if they keep the sizes of scarves offered but offer more "opaque" based fabrics like cotton, satin, crepe etc. so design artwork can really pop like it does on most scarves from other manufacturers.GREAT customer service-they usually get back to you within 24 hours, REALLY appreciate that. I use this app to drop ship a handful of pet items and a few other products. I mostly use Gooten though for pet beds and the quality is amazing. My customers love the beds too! Absolutely great company for drop shipping and amazing customer service. I highly recommend you check them out.

Their customer support is one of the worst you can deal with. They just have a template they keep repeating. I had an issue with an order so I wanted to update but they cannot change it once it goes to the production, so I asked if they can atleast cancel the shipping since it just been one day since I placed the order and it has not even been printed. The customer agent tells me they cannot change anything once the order is placed. Absolute ridiculous talking with these guys, it is exactly like talking to a wall. I am surprised with 4.3 rating probably all fake reviews or paid reviews. My products include Posters, canvas, Framed Poster. I highly recommend using Printify, Printful or Print Pigeons. Gooten should be the last thing that comes to ur mind.
