Gooten: Print on Demand , 485 recensioner

I was using Gooten when I first started. I decided to remove them from my store because it was getting too costly troublesome whenever I was dealing with shipping and setting up the back-end rates. Advanced Shipping Rules helped, but I was cornered into paying a real premium for something that comes with Shopify already. Printful and other suppliers have their API connected to Shopify, so the shipping already gets calculated when customers place the orders. Simple! And that is how Gooten should work. Until they get with the times, I will be using other suppliers. UPDATE: After one year since Shopify updated its backend to allow automated rates, Gooten still has not taken advantage of this feature. If I choose to use them, I will have to spend upwards of $60 per month to use Advanced Shipping Rules.

Have a problem with an order on a Friday? Wait until Monday for an answer. Have a problem on a Teusday wait 24 hours. This business model isn't viable without quick support, be sure to use a fulfillment app that has responsive support, not GOOTEN.

I've only used Gooten for their canvas products and am very happy with the quality, pricing and shipping times. Support sometimes feels like they do not really listen and just respond with templates. But overall I'm happy with their service.

I am artist new to ecommerce after 15 years in B2B sales. My expertise is in person and on canvas. Ecommerce/drop shipping and designing online is new to me but im okay on a computer. Not great. Gooten has helped me avoid a couple of disasters and the store is not even done yet. Their system is simple and if i can get it anyone can. The t-shirts look amazing, the color choices are practically unlimited. And lastly. I am difficult. I dont mean to be but i just want what is promised and never expect anything more. I have never had the pleasure of working with someone who was so dedicated to seeing someones store succeed as Jovana is. Never saw someone go that far above and beyond. I didnt realize how much time she had given to me until i looked at all my emails over the past two weeks. I am floored. She never missed a beat and had a solution for me within minutes of me asking every single time. Class act. Utmost professional. Period.

Seamless integration. Love the automated out of stock functionality, a huge time saver when your store has a large range of products with multiple variations.

I really enjoyed using gooten in creating some of the items I added to my mother's day gift special collections. It had a lot of product in their catalog that are not too frequent anywhere else.

I used this app to add products to my website. They have quite a few of the basic products, not anything that pops out from the rest. A little hard to edit designs as well. But the options to link to shopify is good.

The app installation was straightforward once I read the instructions. They have a wide range of products, including some that I haven't seen on other print-on-demand apps. I would like them to add ways my customers can automatically add personalization to the order, but so far, Great app.

I would definitely recommend Gooten. I just started on Shopify, and after much research, I decided to go with Gooten to supply my products. Every step of the way, they have been incredibly helpful (and extremely quick in their responses). I appreciate that they offer support via online chat and e-mail, and I am so pleased that they respond so quickly. They have always been incredibly professional and courteous, too. I was able to put through a sample order from my store, and when I received the goods (phone cases) I was truly impressed -- the cases looked amazing. Glad to have such a supportive company to help me!

Great app, easy to navigate and awesome prices. Highly recommend. If your starting out and want an easy to use app this is the one.
