Gooten: Print on Demand

I recently started using this print-on-demand service, and so far, my experience has been quite positive. Here's a breakdown of my thoughts:

Pros:

Affordable Pricing: One of the standout features of this service is its competitive pricing. Compared to other print-on-demand providers I've used, this service offers some of the best rates, allowing me to maintain a healthier profit margin.

Cons:
Mockup Generator for Canvas Wrap: While the service's mockup generator works well for framed canvas products, there is room for improvement when it comes to canvas wraps. Enhancing this feature would go a long way in helping customers visualize their purchases.

Overall, my initial experience with this print-on-demand service has been positive. The combination of affordable pricing, seamless integration, and a variety of products make it a valuable resource for my business. Gooten is a great app with a strong integration with Shopify. It's simple to set up and configure and their fulfillment prices are reasonable. Shipping costs occasionally make it prohibitive to use them, especially for small card-based products, but for larger packages their bulk discounts are good.

Good POD app. Products generally have good quality although we have encountered some quality issues and slow shipping times in the past.

It is not the best application I've seen so far but I was able to manage and connect my store with Shopify. I like the fact that it offers a variety of some goodies that aren't in other POD stores.

I used the app to print canvases. It's been a pretty seamless experience thus far, I can't complain.

Loving Gotten thus far! There customer and client support team is super fast and responsive. Really have to give it to them for their flexibility and support as well as the quality of their products.

Really easy to get started. Love that the app let's you sync multiple stores. Product development is pretty easy. Would love to see some more development on this end, especially templates for products. While there's some room for improvement, overall, I can say I'm satisfied with it.

Their customer service was fast and efficient, they even got back to me on the weekend! They resolved the issue fast and logically!

I love the selection of products and the easy setup and connection to my Shopify store! Id highly recommend getting in touch with them if you are looking for a great print-on-demand service!

In my search for a good POD, Gooten satisfies most of my requirements. Pros include good mockups, well-priced products, easy and no lag UI and good quality products. The main con for me is the lack of custom packaging (only custom packing slips are available). Overall, enjoy the experience using Gooten as a POD.

Four stars for the Gooten app and the ease of use within the website, pricing for products, etc. My samples came and while I'm going to change providers for a few of the products, this has less to do with Gooten and more to do with how detail-oriented the print providers are (the quality isn't what I'd send to my customers - minor issues like an untrimmed thread/mismatched thread color, card fold line consistently not lining up with site-specified photo requirements). I'm pleased with Gooten's app overall - if not for these issues with print providers I'd be leaving a 5 star review.
