Gooten: Print on Demand

I'm using Gooten for the phone cases - nice interface and easy to set up. Also, Gooten's customer support is great. I had a problem with the app install into my Shopify store. I think I hit the wrong account when I was setting it up. Gooten Customer help was super helpful and the issue was resolved in a few hours.

They have a great variety of print on demand products to choose from. Easy to work mockup generator that I used to design my hoodies. I loved the vibrant colors and the quick delivery time.

Very easy to use and lots of great product to choose from. The customer service is amazing. They are very helpful if there are any issues with the app.

This is a Very good app, integrates very easily with product fulfillment, good customer service, 5 star

Great selection and fairly user-friendly.

What would make it 5 stars:

• Automatic shipping price integration with Shopify (like Printful has)
• View & edit automatic order emails
• Bulk-edit some but not all product variants
• Duplicate draft products
• Save draft products
• More clear language on the order status back-end pages

Gooten is very user friendly! It has a clean website, tons of product options, and easy steps to use it in your store. I recommend adding this to your POD repertoire.

Tried to test one product. The wrong material was sent 3 times. They sent 2 replacement orders and a refund on the third, but are now still claiming the material was cotton. They all say 100% polyester fiber on the tag and I sent numerous images! It's either a scam or one heck of a delusion.

Absolutely the Best!! We have been using Gooten for about 6 months now and testing various products getting ready to launch our Shopify store. The quality of the products has been very good and tech support is excellent - and quick. During the time we have been using they have been making improvements to their admin area which just keeps getting better and better. My understanding is that they are not finished yet and many new features are coming soon. The integration with Shopify is easy and works great. I cannot recommend them enough!!!!

I'm lowering my rating on this drop shipper, unfortunately. I've grown tired of the poor quality of their products and the mistakes in shipping the wrong product. I've now taken my tea towels off my store because the quality of their product is just awful. I don't know if I'll even continue using their pillow covers at this point. What a shame.

I have been using Gooten for almost three years now and recommend them to everyone interested in POD services. I've thoroughly tested several other services, and while there are definitely pros and cons, Gooten comes out victorious. I originally joined Gooten just for their great canvas options but quickly switched my entire store (8000+ products on 8 different product types) to Gooten. There was a bit of hurdle moving everything over to Gooten, but this is the case for any big switch.

What separates Gooten from the rest beside their huge product catalog is their support. Not just their excellent customer support, but their Partner support. If your store has an obstacle, even if it's unique to you, their partner support team will work extremely hard to find a solution.

This is definitely the best Print on Demand service for Shopify!
