Govalo's customer support team is truly unmatched! We were having trouble installing the app due to custom code and they reached out to help us. Within a couple of hours, we had the gift card live on our site! Super happy with how everything turned out and is working.

This is the easiest to use Gift Card app I have found. The customer support is quick and very helpful.
Prior to Q4 holiday gifting season, we're pleased to have found Govalo to further optimize our eGift card experience. Govalo allows for custom greetings, specific delivery dates/times, sending directly to the recipient, and many more critical capabilities. The Govalo support team is incredibly responsive and helpful too!
Govalo Gift Cards is a new player and has without a doubt the most advanced and up to date solution. Few bugs at the beginning, but they have all been solved after a couple of days. Amazing customer support!
We were able to create a Gift Card in less than an hour and tested it to great success. Hoping to create seasonal cards soon --
We did reach out for Customer Support and they were terrific and responsive.
Great app, but we needed a little special configuration for it to work with the Rebuy upsell smartcarts on our 4 stores, but Govalo support responded and solved these issues very quickly. Just an FYI that there is no setting in the app to keep it from adding order discounts to gift cards, so customized script has to be added to Shopify to accomplish this.
Wanted to buy, only had one question in advance and sent it to them. No answer for one week. So maybe I get a response when writing a valuation...
