I am using this app and love offering a discount, plus access to the marketplace is great. Recently I have been dealing with a duplication of reporting invoicing - but Kevin from GOVX support has been great on communicating the issue and working on a fix.

I'm a combat vet and I really wanted to be able to offer a discount to fellow vets, along with first responders and active duty. There are some other options out there for verifying the customer, but they cost a lot of money. It's nice that GOVX has extended their verification software to us little guys, at no extra cost. I want to help take care of our veterans in my little way and this app helps me do it. It was pretty seamless with the instal. Their support was quick to help me out. If you're worried about customers using the discount code for items on sale, you can create a collection that grans all products without a compare to price. Make that collection the only collection that works with coupon.

Very simple app to set up & thankful it doesn’t cost anything like the rest of the verify apps. Haven’t had any customers have any issues yet.

I've had several customers ask whether I offer a military discount. After researching my options, I went with GovX ID, and I'm so glad I did. Initial installation was very easy, and I was able to handle it myself. After adding a few new elements to my site, the button placement was off, but I couldn't figure out how to move it. I emailed GovX ID, and, within a couple hours, they were able to move the button to exactly where I wanted it. My cart looks just how I want it, and my customers will be happy to easily get their discounts.

This app is easy to use for our customers. We have many clients express their gratitude for this option! We love that we are able to offer this to customers hassle free on our end! Customers find it easy to navigate.

Highly recommend it! It works well, Jessica from support went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly. She even followed up with me a few days later just to double-check. For a FREE app, their customer service is superb. I am not techy and she was able to implement the code for me.

Not sure if the program increased my overall profit. But It's great for customers who are in the military, I just hope these guys refer our website to other members.

The team is amazing, we had some issues integrating with her theme and they were quick to jump on a call and help us. They have amazing customer support and super happy to be working with them.
