The GovX App has been nothing but great. My Customer Success Manager has been prompt and helpful. I would highly recommend it! In a world where I have 1 million things to do, I know that GovX will always be there to help.
Works great to provide discounts to our customer base! Easy to install, syncs easy and makes one less setup to do.
The app is simple to install and use, and has been very helpful in providing discounts to military and first responders!
We love the GOVX app! We have a lot of gov, military, first responders and veterans, and they love the app too. We'd been just taking people's word for it that they were military or veterans etc, but having a mechanism to verify gives us a lot of confidence we're not being taken advantage of. The GOVX marketplace has also been very helpful for us driving additional sales.
Edit; we've now been using GovX for several months and we love it. Their support has been fantastic and we can't say enough goo things about them. We generate a lot of sales with this app and our only wish is that they could also cover Canada as there is nothing comparable in Canada.

I am using this app and love offering a discount, plus access to the marketplace is great. Recently I have been dealing with a duplication of reporting invoicing - but Kevin from GOVX support has been great on communicating the issue and working on a fix.
Thanks for the feedback! First of all, let me assure you that you are not being double-charged. The issue you're referencing is a reporting glitch on the current billing period detail. We are working to fix this issue asap and I can assure you the billing at the end of the month will not include any duplicate charges. We really apologize for any worry this has caused!

The team is amazing, we had some issues integrating with her theme and they were quick to jump on a call and help us. They have amazing customer support and super happy to be working with them. As a veteran owned company this was really important for us to have this set it up customized for our store.
