Wir hatten auch Probleme die App im Shopify-Shop zu integrieren, aber der Kundenservice hat diese technischen Probleme für uns umgehend und kostenlos beseitigt.

Die App ist sehr einfach zu verwalten und liefert einige Optionen was die Menge der angezeigten Daten Betrifft.
Da wir noch ein altes Theme fuer den Shopify Shop benutzen war die automatische Integration leider nicht moeglich, aber der Support hat das sofort fuer uns erledigt - TOP!

The team is also super friendly and kind and are open to new feature suggestions. I requested an option to also bulk edit product safety descriptions and the feature was there within a day.

A very clever app that can be easily integrated into our theme. Really easy to handle. In 5 minutes we discovered all the functions we currently need. When we briefly asked support about languages ​​and translations, an answer came almost immediately and two more languages ​​were added just as quickly. Support 1a is no longer possible! I first thought of creating my own meta fields for the GPSR data, but since I have to provide various file links/information for instructions and safety data sheets, maintaining or even creating this data would simply have been too complicated. With this app I can do this quickly in one interface. It would be nice to have an import interface (*.csv) for shops that work with many different manufacturers and have a lot of products; that would definitely be well received here. But that's not so important for us at the moment, as we are manufacturers ourselves and only offer a few products.

Wir haben versucht das Wider zu installieren, aber es hat für uns leider nicht gepasst. Das Logo/Branding im Widget passt leider nicht zu unserer Webseite und wirkt durch Farbe und Design sehr wie ein Fremdkörper. Vielleicht wäre es eine gute Möglichkeit, dass verschiedene Wasserzeichen Designs der App auswählbar sind. Darunter vielleicht auch eine etwas zartere schwarz-weiße Version. Änderung des Logos geht leider nur im bezahlten Plan, den wir sonst nicht brauchen. Vielleicht gibt es in Zukunft ja auch die Option für einen einmaligen Betrag das Logo zu entfernen, dann würden wir sie gerne wieder benutzen.

Super Tool mit tollem Support – absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir verwenden GPSR in unserem Shopify-Shop und sind wirklich mehr als zufrieden. Die Einrichtung ging problemlos, und die Bedienung ist einfach und intuitiv. Alles funktioniert genau so, wie man es sich wünscht, ohne unnötige Komplikationen.

Besonders positiv ist uns der Support aufgefallen: Sobald man eine Frage hat, bekommt man innerhalb kürzester Zeit eine Antwort. Und das nicht nur schnell, sondern auch wirklich hilfreich und kompetent. So einen Service erlebt man heutzutage nur noch selten!

GPSR hat uns die Arbeit erheblich erleichtert und sorgt dafür, dass alles reibungslos läuft. Ich kann es jedem, der mit Shopify arbeitet, nur ans Herz legen. Ein wirklich tolles Tool, das hält, was es verspricht!
