I've been using this app for 2+ years and it has been invaluable to my small business to understand how our customers are finding us. The app works great AND the customer service is awesome. I just reached out to the Grapevine team because some I thought there was an issue. Stuart very quickly troubleshooted what was going on, and it turns out the issue was with something completely different. I was able to get that resolved asap and really appreciate them helping me get it sorted! Highly recommend!

It's great and simple to set up. Only down side is there no option to add logic (i.e. skip question 2 if answer to 1 is no).

Whilst we’ve consciously designed the app to balance powerful features with reliability and ease of use, it does mean that we have not implemented certain complex functionality.
Our focus has been on keeping surveys fast, simple for customers to complete, and dependable for merchants to run at scale. That being said, your feedback is very much appreciated as it helps us to evaluate where we evolve the product next, so thank you for taking the time to provide your review!
This app delivers incredible value and performs just as well—if not better—than premium alternatives. The user-friendly interface makes setup a breeze, and the customer support is outstanding. Stu from the support team went out of his way to assist with a complex customer tagging system we needed, ensuring everything worked seamlessly. Really great app for a very reasonable price compared to everything else available on the market! Helps us monitor NPS scores of customers very easily and use the data to improve our overall customer experience. The customer service has also been superb and very easy to deal with offering a true "White Glove" service for our account!

We've been using Grapevine for a couple of months now, and it has been great!
It's easy to setup and give us great insights. So far we've connected it to Klaviyo and Shopify Flow which has added tons of functionality.
We're testing their AI Connect with Claude at the moment and so far it's been great for analysis and reporting.
We reached out to their team for help with setting up Flows and we got fast, helpful support.
For the price this is a no brainer!
