Huge fan of Grapevine! We're running post purchase surveys in checkout and "one-click" surveys in email for NPS and more. The pricing is amazing for the functionality they provide. The support team is fantastic as well!

Great app and very easy to implement. We recently started using Grapevine for a post-purchase survey and were surprised to see a ~75% response rate. It’s already helping us better understand our customers and refine our marketing strategy. Support was also very quick and helpful when we ran into a small setup issue.

It's great and simple to set up. Only down side is there no option to add logic (i.e. skip question 2 if answer to 1 is no).

Whilst we’ve consciously designed the app to balance powerful features with reliability and ease of use, it does mean that we have not implemented certain complex functionality.
Our focus has been on keeping surveys fast, simple for customers to complete, and dependable for merchants to run at scale. That being said, your feedback is very much appreciated as it helps us to evaluate where we evolve the product next, so thank you for taking the time to provide your review!

The Klaviyo integration was a key requirement for us and really made our lives easier.

So far, this does everything I need and does so very well. Support is also excellent. Competitor's prices are shameful which is what got me looking for alternatives. That's not to say that this pricing is reasonable (it's a survey app that costs $300/year...) but it's certainly tolerable.
