I've been using Grapevine Post Purchase Survey for over two years, and it's a must-have for any Shopify store. This app seamlessly gathers customer feedback immediately after purchase, providing insights that help improve our offerings.
It integrates perfectly with my store, maintaining a consistent brand feel without any adjustments needed. Plus, its integration with Klaviyo lets me trigger specific marketing flows based on customer responses, enhancing personalized communication.
The support team is responsive and helpful, ensuring a smooth experience. Also, it's fully compatible with Shopify’s new checkout extensibility features, keeping my store up-to-date with the latest technology.

A great surveys app that integrates very easily. Excellent analytics and ease of reviewing survey responses. Support is very knowledgeable, personable, and fast - a huge plus. All said, we would love to see the Order Status Page and all surveys be customizable in terms of colors and branded elements.

Shopify’s rollout of their new PCI-compliant post-purchase pages are designed to improve checkout security and performance across all stores, however this does limit some of the customization options we were previously able to offer directly on the post-purchase page.
App works great and customer support responds fast and solves any issues that might appear. We got some good insights into what tea our customers are preferring.

I have used Grapevine since we launched our store in January and it has been a super helpful app.
We have used it to understand which channels are working and driving purchase.
We have also created surveys to understand why customers are buying and re-buying our products, which is helping drive our advertising messaging.

We're constantly looking to gather customer data to inform our decisions and Grapevine has been incredibly helpful with that. It's very simple to use and set up, and the data is easy to read. If you're looking for concrete feedback from your customers, Grapevine is the way to go.
